Yeah I have a collection date of next Wednesday.
I was told it would be last week, then mid-March and then an email this morning to collect in a carpark for KPL. Is there a bus or something to that place?
So thats the new area directly across the road from the Service hut in NVD, id say a taxi from the Citywest Luas stop would be as good a way as any to get there.
not only would the Revenue not be the ones holding things up, but the deadline Tesla talk about would be a Revenue-enforced one - technically the Revenue could ask for all the imported ‘goods’ to be taken out of the country again if the duty can’t be figured out and paid, in theory.
So for those waiting for a Model Y, the collection mails going out at the moment are for Model 3 Highland only. Stat issue for Model Y is still not resolved and Revenue have set the deadline of next Tuesday. Don't expect any collection mails for Model Y until mid next week at the earliest

It is for a 241 Model 3 Highland. I ordered in November.
Collection Wednesday 14th. White model 3. Ordered 18th October.
Collection Thursday 15th - M3H

I’ve taken one, anyone looking for one I was told by Tesla rep they have multiple white ones on route for delivery on the 28th February.
For anyone going by bus to collect. The 65B and 77A go to Citywest and it's about 10 minutes walk from the last bus stop.
When the car is collected I know the SOC is usually not very high. 35%ish? Just trying to plan for charging when it's collected as I know you get some supercharger credits but when heading down to Limerick from Baldonnell it would be a long drive before you hit a supercharger. ABRP is saying to drive back into sandyford, charge up to 87% there and straight back to Limerick.
Might be better off going to Ionity Kill but if the credits could be used it would be even better.
Seems like a statement rather than a question. You have many option. SUC Balacolla might be an option. Otherwise if you value convenience spending a few euro at Ionity (5 mins away) is hardly a disaster. Try not to overthink it and just enjoy the car
Sandyford won’t be an option (in my experience), there will be a queue as long as your arm there, given all the collections that are happening. Any other CCS rapid charger will sort you out
Ah ya not a disaster but would have been handy to use them because it'll probably be a long time before they are ever used. Have used Kill, junction 14 and portloaise already so will probably just top up at one of them.
Good to know sandyford will be very busy. Will just avoid altogether and save ourselves going backwards to go forwards.
Looking at the map of superchargers I was very surprised to see so little in Dublin. Had assumed of all the places Dublin would have quite a few.

Our collection date of Monday 19th showed up in the app before the email came. Delighted to have a date now anyway.
Ordered a Y from inventory but the only choice for collection was cork, no option in Dublin, anyone know why this is the case?

I thought all the revenue nonsense is still ongoing with the Y (hopefully not).
He hasn't got the final date yet just a vague date of Feb 9th -24th but the only option for collection was Baldonnell. I assume it's there already waiting for Revenue issue to be sorted. There's only 11 minutes in the difference of travel anyway so six of one.
No delivery date yet, just asked me to picks a delivery location with Cork as only option. The MY I’m buying is an inventory one.
Ah gotcha. I don’t remember being offered a location. I was scheduled to take deliver of an inventory MY on 31st, but was cancelled the day before.
Not sure if it's limited to the states but he's dropped another 1k off the Y for march only.
