Feels like the right time to start a new thread for next year's gigs.
John Mayer playing the 3Arena on 29 March 2024.
Re Forbidden Fruit - presume day tickets will be available at some point?
Fingers crossed ... they got a great crowd last time
Thanks for the clarification, thought so as well but assumed it wasn't so close to the date. Guess in that case they also couldn't fill a second date based on their profile prior to the article
Meanwhile bag in gigland
Looks like Mon for the AccaDacca announcement
All Together Now teasing a surprise announcement tomorrow https://twitter.com/ATNfestival/status/1755693432704471212?t=X0KuulkuwCyYTH-yDxdAag&s=19
AC/DC will announce Croke Park for Friday August 16th I believe

Dogs on the street re Croker,
Date varies though, I heard 18th Aug

I just heard Slane......
Hot Press dude mentioned it on the PK show.
To be fair, he was speculating and simply saying that Slane have always wanted AC/DC.
Wouldn’t be surprised if The Corrs add a 2nd show. Doesn’t seem to be much left
ATN announced Roisin Murphy. 50+ acts coming in next few weeks. https://twitter.com/ATNfestival/status/1755910659777122715?t=iYMSc0LoUI4Lk-iH4yeskQ&s=19
Leave the boring / non relevant to this thread talk about Arcade Fire / Wim Butler out please. And just to clarify this means you can still talk about the upcoming gig.
I only remember because I hummed and hawed about going (decided to go in the end). It was deliberately released to target the start of their tour, to get the most traction.
Do we think they will play Funeral in full, and in order? That would make a great show!
That announcement not going down too well if ATN's twitter and Instagram are anything to judge by
Going down great in the boards thread though, so there's that 😊
Good thing they are not anything to go by- tiny minority get to make a lot of noise
Get out of that comment section, Eod. It's not good for your health. Stay in here with us and talk about nice stuff.
Maybe
Remember GNR were tipped for Croke Park in 2017 and ended up been Slane out of the blue
Prefer Croke Park myself
Bothy Band for Sligo Live 26/10
Mr BodhranDude will be happy!
Pearl Jam dropped their first official teaser for the new song on Instagram just now, can’t wait for next week
Predicted it all back in December
Both AC/DC and Pearl Jam gigs will go on sale the same time
Exciting though
Anyone else get tickets for Les Savy Fav?
Pretty much sold out Belfast and Dublin by 11. Not much room for a second Dublin show as they'll be in Manchester on the Monday!
Scenes now when marley isn't on the tour
Sources here saying a Dublin date is def on the tour
Seeing them in Madrid anyway so doesnt matter to me personally but will understand the frustration of the Irish fans if the dates been binned
Ah I'm being quite facetious, the reliable folks who passed on the info never gave any indication that anything had changed, so have no reason to believe it won't happen.
Sources had also said 13/2 for announcement, and gave early indication for shows already announced, so they're solid enough.
Membership renewed this week anyway
No surprise really the album is getting rave reviews.
Its an overly dramatic over produced mess tbf.
Theyre good fun live though.
