There is no time of death, so how could the Gardai have got it wrong?
No logic in your statement.
The gardai have a working theory that she was killed at nite by Bailey
You are presumably googling info on alcohol tests and posting it up as very strong evidence that she died in the morning?
There is no time of death. The window is midnight to 10am approximately.
The lack of alcohol in her urine is evidence she died in the morning.
It doesn't mean she 100% died in the morning, but it suggests she did and it is objective.
Obviously I've googled info on alcohol in urine. Do you expect me to perform my own experiments on this or should we just accept the peer reviewed accepted science on it?
Your arguments have no logic or merit to them.
And who’ s blood was found on the blood smear beside the hasp of the back door of SDP summer house?
Sophie's blood was found on back door.
It's assumed the killer did this, but obviously can't be certain.
For God's sake
You likely Googled something on alcohol testing and revised the time of death window to morning
Can you see how implausible that is
I can't understand your reasoning.
You said there was very strong evidence she was murdered in the morning
Is this based on something more than a Google search of alcohol testing?
Without researching it I assume the up to 12 hour window is more than likely dependent on amount of alcohol consumed
You say "Google search" like it devalues it's integrity. I'm googling science papers, like scientists do.
I've already explained my argument. You're boring me.
And this discovery of yours was missed by the pathologist or investigators
Makes sense
Where does the pathologist report discuss the implications of a 5pm glass of wine?
On the death certificate, Prof Harbison estimated her time of death as being either late on the 22nd or early on the 23rd.
It is hard to reconcile that with drinking a 5pm glass of wine and zero alcohol being detected. Suggests Harbison may not have been aware of the glass of wine or such information may not be in scope of his report.
Where does the pathologist report rule out a morning murder?
Both the lack of alcohol showing up in the test combined with the food stomach contents (which are more likely a breakfast type fruit and nuts) point towards a morning murder.
Never said it was. Like I've said before, there is no time of death.
You're boring me with inane arguments.
I would say the presence of caffeine is indicative also.
I'd say, alcohol is more likely to be drunk in the evening, coffee in the morning.
But this doesn't prove anything.
Also this asks the question which I think is a very big unanswered question if she was out that night where was her husband??? All the focus is on her but where was he
I See you've abandoned your argument that there's very strong evidence she was killed in the morning
Typically yes. And like you say it doesn’t prove anything but it is a reminder of how little we know for certain about the murder itself.
Orangehyme should probably go ahead and make that call to Bandon Garda station he was thinking about
He's identified a new suspect Daniels brother in law and a new time of death
Get a life
Don't feed the troll.
Easy throwaway remark to make
Orangehyme is posting theories based on fresh air
There's only one troll about here and I' copped on to him days ago
Didn't want to get banned calling him out on it
I stuck to disproving his theories
You didn't at all whatsoever. In fact you showed yourself to have quite poor analytic skills.
If I had to guess, I'd say you struggled academically.
There are too many lose ends and too few leads in this case.
It's just all speculation.
There is a case for all theories we have, but no evidence.
Bailey, motive wanting a good story to cover, or wanting sex, or wanting to beat up a woman.
Ex-husband, motive financial, wanting to avoid a messy divorce
Neighbor / corrupt guards: motive getting her out of the way as she know about drug activity in the area
Horny guard from Bantry driving a Fiesta: wanting sex with her
German musician: motive unclear, possibly madness or something sexual
Also the witness and her husband they’re looking like main suspects the more you delve into them
Whom do you mean by witness? Marie Farrell? She was a bit of a dodgy character from day one. She was coerced to a false statement. But why was she coerced? What did they use to get her to do that? These questions automatically do come up....
I started listening to the West Cork podcast again.
Something that is mentioned in it that I forgot about was Bailey changing his story about the night before the murder.
Apparently he said he went straight home after the pub on Saturday night, which was not true, he went to a party in Murphy's and crashed on the couch.
Why would Bailey lie about something that happened the night before the murder?
And instead of going straight to the Gardai with this new information he went to Murphy's first for some reason for the people there to validate it or something.
Another thing is the bonfire.
According to Bailey it was October or November but no later than early December.
But Delia Jackson is sure it was Christmas because she was home from England for Christmas.
She was not home any other time.
The randy Guard theory comes from none other than Ian Bailey.
He said he got a letter from an anonymous source about it who wanted money to divulge more details.
It's on the West Cork podcast.
Research it, chalk and cheese comparision.
Why do you think Farrell was coerced into making a false statement?
Because she said so?
Why should anyone believe her?
