Yep 4 packages all disappeared with fastway after arriving at airport on 12th Jan and no updates since. Temu refunded them all once it came past delivery date and gave 5e credit for each one and 20% off voucher for the trouble.
So can't fault them on that
Placed order on 3rd of January, fastway were the courier, last update was 10th of January saying package arrived at dublin airport. No updates since. Got the 5 euro credit and requested a full refund as no updates for 15 days. Refund was in my bank account last Friday. Just reordered the stuff now, hopefully it gets sent with An Post. Do these lost packages with fastway ever finally get delivered?

Ahem what? Fairly simple question, has anyone here ever had their temu package delivered eventually, even after getting refunded?
For myself no I’ve had a couple of fiver refunds for late deliveries but it’s never gone long enough to get a full refund
the way the price adjustments are working some of the items are costing next to nothing, it’s like a morning ritual now checking to see if I can get a partial refund

What details can they take if you use Apple Pay or PayPal ? Don’t believe everything you read in the internet, it’s probably stated by wish or Ali express
if you don’t like the look of the site then don’t use it 👍🏻
There are many complaints of them delivering parcels - either never arrived, left somewhere else, put in a bin, gone to the "wrong house" and so on - they are the worst. I hope Temu stops using them, must be costing them a fortune to keep refunding people

use PayPal google pay or Apple Pay sorted

Don't install the App, just use the website.
Ordered some t-shirts as a gift two different sellers one is much smaller only cost €4 is ut worth the hassle asking for an exchange or refund or just best to reorder and take the hit?
Installing the app is a way to get €100 worth of vouchers for first time user's, having tbe app doesn’t mean they can access your money in your account
It's very easy to attempt a return, they might not ask for it back and if they do, it's free postage.
I think Temu is great! I've ditched Aliexpress since Temu came on the market. I'm still waiting nearly 3 months for an Aliexpress order. I'd make a fortune if Ali gave €5 credit for late orders.
I've had great quality stuff from Alliexpress. Probably use Amazon or Temu if in a rush,though a lot of stuff from Amazon takes ages now too,it was their biggest advantage.

They did, I could have got refunded but said I'd try again. Just strange for something to reach customs and go no further, especially the stuff that was in the package.

This will probably arrive in a week or so , fastway seems to take forever with stuff , but does eventually arrive ,
I got €5 refund, full refund for my order when I cancelled it and then the order arrived about a month later! Great company
I could understand that if there was anything potentially illegal/fake in the package but it was a backpack, screen protectors and a few kitchen bits.
I had 2 of the hoodies posted here vanish last month after landing here and going to customs then the trail stopped. Refunded and the late delivery fees applied.
