* would there be any repercussions for him personally sitting pretty there on his throne at the Kremlin? No
I'm no NATO general but it strikes me as obvious that targets 1, 2 and 3 in response to any Russian aggression on a NATO country should be Putin's personal dacha's, yachts etc. Were I a NATO general, I'd make quite sure that not only were there detailed plans to destroy his personal property empire, but also that such plans were leaked to make sure he knew the price he'd be personally paying for any such move.
Meanwhile in the US it was announced yesterday that US defence companies had sold over 238 billion dollars in weapons in 2023 alone ,
2024 Could be an even bigger year for US defence companies.
And Trump wants to stifle this? As much as he's obviously in the pocket, or just in awe, of Strongman Putin, Trump would be mad in the head to end the US' involvement in the war; cos it's making lots of money and no doubt boosting local economies.
War is big business for the yanks especially when they're not directly involved. If they can up production they'll sell even more. This war has been a massive advertisement for them.
Yes, all supports the theory that they prefer a long war than a short one that ends in Ukrainian victory. Weakens Russia while bringing in money, always 2 top American priorities.
The easy solution you think of, is followed by an ride out of the Kremlin feet forward. Pulling back out of Ukraine will be seen as weakness with the vultures crawling out of their hideouts.
Absolutely and it suits them with the current situation of funding pauses you send out less but sell more , there's so much stuff on order that it will be mid 2030s Before some customers see any actual deliveries and that's if the likes of Israel don't skip the que
Johnny Harris video on how Russia is avoiding sanctions to use Western microchips and tech for their missiles.
Large strikes have hit multiple targets in occupied Crimea
That's it the majority of funds already stay in the local economies and with order backlogs they have guaranteed employment figures and income taxes for the forceeble future, while offsetting some of the cost of new American projects
In other news 207 Ukrainian pows were returned safely to Ukraine earlier today some from Azovstal , Kherson and Zaporizhzhia
This should be sent to every TD. The brains of those missiles are made in Kildare FFS.
Any ideas about what happened to the warheads?
The US saw Russia as a safe pair of hands at the time. Better the devil you know than some unaccountable group gettin their hands on a stray nuke?
👎️
Is this being contested? Is ddlg referring to the same report? Dunno...
Well China picked up themselves an aircraft carrier and fighter aircraft and engines from Ukraine, I wouldn't be at all surprised if they got there hands on warheads too
From the same source
This would make no sense at all with regards to the nukes. China had tested its first indigenous nuclear weapon at Lop Nor all the way back in 1967. By the early 1990s, China had a sizeable arsenal and even started fielding 1st generation ballistic missile submarines. Why would they want to get their hands of nukes that were completely incompatible with their existing systems? Remember, China had split from the USSR in the late 1960s.
Why would they spend decades stealing Everyone's elses tech and designs if they were more than capable of producing their own .

I'm not on X any more thankfully and I could be mistaken but I don't think I would follow an account with that profile photo or that name. I had to look it up so thanks for polluting my search history lads...
ddlg+ is usually ok.
Never heard of him before your post earlier
Promptly seized and shipped to russia where they were dismantled.
