I'm out for a coffee. I know it'll keep me awake but it's better than alternatives. Warm in the coffee shop and they play great music here, and it's lashing out. So, it's definitely a nice break from work.

It's freezing today and I can't warm up at all. It's just not fair that I have to work.
Was feeling particularly bad today, for particularly legitimate reason,.and then I booked a standing ticket to go see Depeche Mode with a friend who pinged me to say there was some available. We Just Can't Get Enough 😁 😁😁 122 quid, ridiculous. But it's Saturday and it's a long weekend. It'll be the same setlist as Malahide Castle, which was the last time it stopped raining in Ireland. 😁And it's indoors this time.
Absolutely shattered over here. Somehow managed to pick up a case of norovirus over the weekend here and it has completely drained me, both physically and emotionally. Sorry to be bringing the mood down in here, but I just needed a place to vent, not in a good place right now.

I'm frozen all day too leggy,I just want to hibernate. Anyway I rang doc surgery this morning, no appointment until next week according to the dragon, for once I spoke up and now I have an appointment for tomorrow, I don't feel bad about it, I haven't been in years and I will be paying enough for the pleasure. Of course now I'm stressed and convinced I've got something serious. 🙄😁

I had three doses within two months. The country is fooked with them. Nobody stays at home when sick. No hand sanitizer in public places anymore. No simple precautions. I'm self employed so I don't earn if I'm flattened. Rant over.😁
In other news, Mrs G did the first coat of paint on the kitchen presses. Looking good. Last bit of flooring ordered for the kitchen. Renovating a neglected house is one expensive business. I had to explain to Ms G that's why I couldn't afford Depeche Mode tickets when they originally went on sale.
