The range of available holsters in the US is enormous. Women's holsters (think: tactical brassiere, among other things) are a big part of the market. Though, I'd expect not to see them in a woman's clothing store, but in a gun store (or one of the infinite number of gun shows that go on)

After putting the squeeze on Russian oil the Western Governments should confiscate their assets in the west to give to Ukraine and fund their military. After all Russia took Ukrainian nuclear weapons in return for(false) security guarantees.

No, the shop that was selling these holsters was a fashion shop, located in the main shopping area and in a good location selling everything for the fashion-conscious woman. I didn't see any guns there though, they were in another shop, further up the street.
The biggest mistake the Ukrainians made was not developing and modernising their defence forces even after the Russians invading ten years ago they still did very little building there own army that wasn't based solely on Soviet union era tactical leadership,even up until two years ago many of the military Leadership were loyal to the Kremlin and not their own country, remember how many people believe we don't need an army or any kind of defence spending because the Brits and yanks will come and fight for us ,

I believe Zaluzhniy is the better and more experienced military leader ,he has well documented career and educated , around this time last year budanov was supposed to be installed as the minister for defence but he was never actually appointed for some reason,he seems to have plenty of enemies he's survived several assinations attempts possibly two in 2023 alone as well as being injured in combat in Donbas 10 years ago ,
Zaluzhiny has the respect of the men and women in the trenches where the other seems to be suited to special ops and intelligence.
You'd have to really be on the ground and have worked with both to say which one is the best
