It could well have. It was definitely a programme I watched , but someone may have gone into the listings after watching the programme and put it up.
I can safely say I have no idea 😂
Nor do I but I remember using booking.com to book a place in Portugal
and the following few days I was hounded with ads from them and this "hotel"
in england kept appearing. 😂
I think I would lol every time I went to the toilet, those floating royal heads are too much 😂😂
Definitely a brothel, or place for mad week long coke parties.
Ah Jesus, we're all going to be hounded with ads after looking at that listing 😂
Bearing in mind that it's in Brighton (and that town's affinity with the G part of LGBTxyz), the cutouts of Freddie M, and M Monroe, the far from subtle rainbow etc and the fact it's location is a few mins walk from the Brighton Pride route, I'd hazard a guess that it could be targeted at visitors of our orientation and that lots of "fun" could well have been had there from time to time. The imagination boggles at the room full of bunk beds. That's just a wild guess mind. I know nothing whatsoever of such goings on.
I absolutely love this house, it would be like living in a model railway! And that view over the trees to the back, just stunning

I think we need to talk about the elephant.. Ahmem.. monkey in the room (pic 16)..

That's a silver back Gorilla and I like it. Wouldn't have it in the bathroom mind you!!! 😂
Stunning apart from it doesn't have a nice big lawn. I like a big lawn. It really is a beautiful house!
I (a lady person) once visited a brothel in Australia with one of the organisations that advocates for sex workers. I thought it looked like a fancy health club, though the people with me told me it was fairly middling. By comparison, that one is very low rent.
The Poulaphouca house is lovely, lots of Enid Blyton/Railway Children vibes.
The gorilla is the least of my worries in that house. Everything is black and white, every room, even the adult wardrobe seems to have mostly black clothes (that you can see anyway). It is beautifully kept an fitted out but I can't imagine being a child growing up in a house like that. At least the child's room wasn't black and white but I'm not sure beige was a huge improvement.
That is quite a lovely house alright! Very warm and inviting looking.
It’s right in top of a dangerous part of a very busy road unfortunately.
Plastic carpet laid outside and a hot tub. Classy.
It's just a pity that it's barely set back from a hugely busy road. I pass it a lot and the traffic noise in and around the house must be significant. Other than that it's lovely.
A pub, restaurant and full 7 day license, 20km outside Waterford, for only 150k.
Seems.....underpriced?
No, that's the starting suggestion, its for auction. It was sold a couple of years ago, so evidently it hasn't made it this time either. Looks decent but Kill would struggle for a hinterland to use it.
That's the ugliest new build I've ever seen. Ugly tiles and black fittings and paint.
On dark winter days it must be soul destroying.
Not sure if posted yet, some nice bits some terrible
I think that was posted a while ago? There is absolutely nothing about it that would appeal to me, apart from the view possibly. At that price though this is not a problem.
It was posted before, I haven't looked at the pics again but I think that's the one with the red floor. Someone figured out it was reflecting paint.
Hard to imagine that ever selling anywhere near the asking price.
If you told me that was Trump's county Clare abode for when he is visiting Doonbeg, I wouldn't be at all surprised. Except the Yale towels tell me probably not - it's not close enough to Doonbeg either I suppose but it's awful.
Site over 2 acres and with FPP for a house and garage for €50,000. The obvious negative is the massive Vodafone mast in your front garden. I have never been a fan of sloped sites where you’re lower than the road either.
On the plus side, as a seller, you won’t need to worry about any conspiracy theory nutters bidding or buying it.
Its a very good situation for Waterford and access to Kilkenny and points north, but I would want to know when those trees were due to be harvested.
That Kilkenny site would be well ventilated the day after they log all those trees, probably very soon.
The Clare cliff house: I'll put my hat in the ring and say its lovely. Not overwhelming or overwhelmed by the environment. Remote though, and expensive.
You always know the inside is going to be weird when the first 8 pictures in the listing are of the exterior.
What's the blue thing in picture 22?
Brilliant!!
Wtf is the blue thing?
The wallpaper 😂
It needs a massive rip out, more cos it's dated, but I do like the weirdness of the rooms. It would probably cost the same again.
I like the outside of the house very much too!
