Have a parcel landed 10 days ago and no movement from arrived at airport , fastway delivery

Mine is with customs as well. They are probably bored after the Christmas rush so they're taking everything in.
How are people finding delivery times since Christmas on TEMU.
Placed order 1st Jan and it stuck at customs clearance completed since 8th.
Delivery to me was to be between the 9th and 18th Jan (today).
An Post tracker says it has not got to them yet so who knows where it is.
Is it possibly stuck in customs Ireland awaiting release to an post or in an post waiting to be processed ?
Used to have this crap with all the other Chinese sites but with others even on here back months ago saying delivery in 10 days I said Id give it a go.
Im expecting this to go all the way to a full refund.😁
All good, cleared customs an hour ago, hopefully delivery tomorrow while I'm working from home

I've gotten the 20% coupon twice, once it took about 3 hours to come through, the other about 18. You'll get an email.
Mine has cleared as well. Not picked up by Fastway yet though.
Mine usually take 2-3 days from customs clearance
Had similar problem just prior to christmas.. Ordered some stuff late Nov.. Dec 3rd landed Dublin.. Then just vanished.. Tried tracking and tried to contact Fastway but to no avail.... (Pity as they were intended as gifts for old folks home).. Got the €5 credit and full refund from Temu but still annoying that the parcel just disappeared....
So maybe I should still live in hope that my parcel could yet be delivered... Slim or just "no"...

Temu has a €15 order minimum (excl. the €0.23 donation) so we can continue offering more and lower-price items as shipping costs are considerably higher for small orders. Adding more items to reach the order minimum also helps prevent excess packaging waste.
I had a few orders under a tenner previously..
The 5 euro earbuds came today. Sound quality is very poor like the audio is going through a high pass filter, but I mainly got them to use the case as a small power bank for on the go.
I tour a lot with my work, so often find myself in hotels with instant coffee. (Bleurgh)
I got this and I have to say, I can't recommend it enough. No more manky instant coffee before facing people, and a quick rinse and it's clean.
