How long was it before your collections that you got asked to confirm your collection date? I’m afraid to let my phone out of my sight in case I miss a call.
I missed a call from this number last Thursday, and o can’t call it back. Does anyone know if it is from Tesla? 😅

usually you get an SMS message about 10-14 days before delivery date that you respond to offering various appointment slots. Be ready to respond quickly as you have greater choice of available slots
When are you asked for payment?
(I am not using Tesla finance)
Once my VIN showed up I was able to access payment details on the website and pay the car off.
Where are the payment details shown? I got my delivery advisor to send me the payment details and I paid the first part today. I'm going to pay the rest tomorrow. There's a place you can check that the payment has gone through, yeah?
From the app:
Under your RN number click on 'Vehicle Details' in the top left.
Then click 'Manage Order'.
This will bring you to the website.
Log into your account.
Click on the 'Payments' header and you can then see your payment information from there.
There is usually a Payment TAB when you log into your Tesla account and go to your order. This will usually show you the amount due and the payments received to date. Most people make payments through their online banking system. Make sure to use your RNXXXX number as a reference and this is used by Tesla to match payment to your order. Usually the payment made through online banking apps will appear on your Tesla account within 24 hours (excluding weekends). Many people send a token payment through say 10 Euro to give confidence in the mechanics. Online banking systems will have a daily limit (5K/10K) so bear this in mind, alternatively you can go to your bank and make an electronic funds transfer for full amount (again make sure to sue your RN number).
Many people wait until they are offered a confirmed delivery appointment before making the payments (up to each person) and not having paid in full does not prevent you getting a delivery appointment. The next step that people worry about is getting their registration number to arrange insurance etc . The registration number will never be available until car is fully paid but once it is paid it is normal for this to be last minute (as late as 1 day before delivery....but it always arrives) and contacting Tesla for the reg will NOT speed things up. There can also be automated requests to provide evidence of Insurance (that people stress over) but this is not required for Irish deliveries. Pick up is very straight forward, if a little underwhelming, you just show up with ID, sign to accept delivery and the car is then activated in your mobile Tesla app, you get two keys (credit card type) and you are free to drive away. There are many fast charging sites within 10 mins of the Dublin pickup site so you don't need to worry about % charge.
I know you didn't ask all these questions but best if you (or other new owners) know these things a as you prepare for your pick up.
I see via Morten Grove on X (twitter) that the ship Titus is in Bay of Biscay North of Spain on its way to Southampton with Model 3 Highland

Is it possible to inspect the car inside and out before you sign the delivery acceptance? I’ve got a list of the most common things to look for.

Im not sure. You need to sign for the car to get the key to be able to go lick it, id say unless the front was caved in maybe
You can usually do a visual inspection outside the vehicle before you collect/sign but inside you need to sign. I wouldn't stress over it ...have been through the process 3 times. Any issues (and I really would not expect that you will have) you can log them on the phone app and Tesla will follow up but not on site.
My delivery date for M3H disappeared for a few days and now it's back as 22nd Jan — 6th Feb.

Thanks for the info. Can’t wait to get my hands on it! Then immediately leave it off for ppf and have to wait 2 days to actually drive it properly!

I saw a 241 D black MY LR at the weekend. Has there been a delivery of substance already this year? Or are these isolated cars, left overs from last year or surplus shipped across from UK?
Tesla have just dropped their prices in Ireland. For those with existing orders who have not yet taken delivery it is usual (up to now) that they will pass the reduced price on...takes a day or two to filter trough. Good luck to all those collecting!
I assume you mean for the Model Y? The Model 3 appears to be the same price which I would expect being a refreshed model or maybe I'm looking at it wrong? Thanks

You are close enough, Model 3 is €41,832.
Once you've not paid and not collected, yes.
Tesla had in inventory in stock. The “left over” cars from last year are the same cars that are coming on the boat.
*Unless we see some cosmetic changes to the interior that has been mentioned but not materialized just yet.
