Any idea what that might have been about?
Fire drill or security scare for PTSB building, I assume?
Given someone standing outside the PTSB office slightly up the street has a fire warden hi-vis on I'd say they were having a fire drill.
Looks like it, I can see a few people wearing their lanyards round their necks
Why I wonder?
It's a Semi-detached in Tubbercurry, that would be the driving factor on the price! Probably at the higher end for a house like that in the area.
Fireplace removed, replaced with a built in electric fire.
You’d want one serious surveyors report to sign that one off
I was trying to make a funeral out of it.
Maybe it was a mortgage moratorium🤪
I thought it was a run on the bank/building society.
Another house in that estate is looking for 250k but you're right you'd probably pick up a semidetached in Tubbercurry for less than 200k, maybe 160k.
Holy moly who took the photos?. Looks like portrait stretched to look landscape
wishful thinking
The Round Tower, Duncannon, Co. Wexford, Y34N765 is for sale on Daft.ie
small bit of damp
What a project though.
I like it but the lack of natural light in some of the rooms would be claustrophobic.
You would need deep pockets to get it liveable. Nice location all the same.
it would be solid, no fear of a yellow weather warning , i wonder if these is clear access to it, looks like a mud track through a field ?
serious project, but a serious money pit, everything would have to be bespoke and made to measure.
I want it. I don’t even have enough money for me to say ‘it’d bankrupt me’ but I still want it.
This is the result of too much Grand Designs and George Clarke shows….
Im always a sucker for an inaccessible basement.
Indian burial ground or portal to hell, nobody knows.
I've found my Zombie holocaust retreat.
Proper old school grand designs job that I love it!
this one looks familiar, was it posted here before? Any idea of cost?
It's awful anyway, wouldn't buy it if I could afford it....which I'm pretty sure I can't😂
Kitchen like a weird altar, entire back garden as a tennis court? I dunno, can't see anything I like, view is nice in fairness
The location is amazing, but why is everything curved  the kitchen cabinets even the radiators
I'd guess 1.2 million?
Yes it has been up before, twice if I remember correctly. Agreed, it is ostentation and exhibitionism on a massive scale. And its way too big for the site.
I wonder what the price is, it's obviously too high anyway if they can't sell it!
A modest 2.9 mil in September! 🤣🤣🤣
Omg!!!! 😂😂😂
