They made the MJ sections in Spider-Man 2 ten times more enjoyable than the first game. So now they're only a hundred times worse than the Spider-Man sections.

It was a weird one that. MGS came out and stealth was the big thing in games but instead of focusing the whole game design on stealth they just threw in stealth missions into games whose mechanics barely supported them. So you got stuff like Shadow of Rome which has you cutting people to pieces in the coliseum and then the next thing sneaking through the senate as your brother wondering when you could chop people to pieces again while getting caught by the guards dodgy sight cone.

AI 'art'

Castlevania Lords of Shadow 2 probably had the most egregious forced stealth sections. All the enemies are invincible with a ohk, even in the end game where you can pretty much pulp anything.

I'm a massive Vania fan but I feel lords of shadows 2 will be the final Vania game I force myself to play. It just sounds awful.
