Most likely on Morning Champion due to arrive Zeebrugge January 2nd. Now that you have a VIN try to relax...you just have to await notification from Tesla and offer of delivery slot...this usually happens about 10 days before delivery and reaching out to them in the interim will not hurry things up. Go to the hoegh shipping site. If its on one of their vessels, it can be tracked. You input your vin in the consignment field

Itll all happen a week or so before dont fret. Go find your ship and track it lol

Everything will happen pretty much a week, if not days before you take delivery. I am not financing, but I believe you pay your balance and you'll receive contracts to be signed days before collection. You'll also be sent a grant form to be signed, but again, this could be much closer delivery or next week
What happens now? I have completed all the finance stuff but I haven't got anything to sign yet.
Sorry all, i didnt write it properly. We have the new modelY since march 2023. That we are keeping, im getting rid of my 520d to get into a 2019/2020 model 3 for a decent price. Cash
I don't know what people are getting, but I'd suggest selling it privately. I'd imagine there is a decent demand for Model Y's. My other thoughts are that once the new model is announced, it'll have an impact on the current models value!

If there's a big demand in the UK, I'd assume they will allocate them there first. That's only a guess, I don't honestly know what the Tesla allocation model is! But I believe we are a side arm of Tesla UK.
UK cars being assigned again today from the ship so hopefully won’t be too long to wait to see if Irish cars are also on board
Ship is near Madagascar now, so making good progress. Due to arrive in Southampton on Jan 18th. Hopefully it has IRL cars aboard too and makes it way to mainland EU soon after *fingers crossed*
Recent congestion around Red Sea shipping traffic is unfortunately likely to impact delivery schedules. Ships are diverting to longer route around the Cape in Africa adding approx 10-14 days to journey time and logistical challenges.
Last year the mid-Jan cars arrived late Feb, and the early-Feb cars arrived mid-to-late March.
Mid to late (more late) January is my opinion.
It's hard to know, to be fair to the Tesla reps, I don't think they get much visibility of what's happening. But here's hoping mid Jan might be factual
I was told by a salesman in a Tesla store the first ones should be in 15th of January, no idea if there’s any truth in it.

I ordered September 25th for the old model and got upgraded to the new model. Still nothing for me yet either. Feel like I’m checking hourly.
I did the same, I am hoping because I ordered on the first day, it might arrive in Jan//Feb. Fingers crossed 🤞

Do it now. It makes no difference to be honest. If your delivery is within 30 days you’ll get same figure, if it’s not then they will readjust.
If you wait, you’ll be getting the readjusted figure anyway based on that time of trade request.
If I was due a new car in January, I’d have mine on DoneDeal now to be honest. The Tesla trade in (like every other garage) won’t be anywhere near private market value.
