Yeah, you never know, her poor younger sister committed suicide soon after Ann died, very sad.
There were a few references to the relationship with Ricky in the film.
Thankfully we have DNA and a more tolerant society today.
Oh God, I never knew her sister took her life too.

Lots of stupid text messages that I glanced at. I'm turning off my phone for new years.
It makes me sad that no One bothers with cards anymore😞

Kitchen table...made a croque monsieur (with cheddar & mozzarella) sambo for the middle chick.......she couldn't finish it so piggy here finished it off.....good jesus i nearly needed a spoon ....

Honestly Grem....i put loads of cheese into the bechamel sauce and i used too much of the sauce...but i don't care the chick loved it so that makes me happy 😁😁
Was picking up my truck after getting the water pump changed, garage owner showed me a Ferrari LaFarrari that they have waiting on the owner, this is a $4,000,000 car. How on earth can a car be worth so much.
Left the house this morning at 9am to meet a friend for breakfast, stayed out and didn't get home until 5ish..put on the tv and conked out for an hour , watching say yes to the dress now, ffs.🙄😭🙄 Had smoked salmon with brown bread smothered in lemon, think I might move on to crap food and drink now, healthy eating starting next week. 🤞🤞🤞☺️

Unfortunately loads of environmental advocates are calling for everything from a ban on their sale to a levy at point of purchase to people recycling them the following year..…. You know a bit of tippex and the card from your friend Alan off to your Auntie Maureen in a years time….see there is also a call to ban wrapping paper. 🤦🏻♂️
always liked getting cards, a tradition involving effort and something personal….
We got 34 Christmas cards so far this year with 10 of these arriving in the post this morning. 🎄🎄
But then we send out about 50 cards each year too. ☺️ I love the tradition of Christmas cards, a tangible reminder that someone is thinking of you at Christmas and made the effort to buy, write and post off the cards. A text message just does not in any way compare.
Had a nice day today with the OH - late lunch at Avoca Kilmacanogue followed by an evening drive in Wicklow. Was fairly blustery out there. 🌧 Beginning to forget what day of the week it is... 😁

In other news, it seems I have a touch of a stomach bug rather than losing my appetite. That made me visit the loo rather frequently earlier and sleep through much of the evening/night. Happy shıtmas to me. 🤨
Mrs G lost weight over the "festive season" too. Actually I did a little too. She had no appetite so I didn't really make much either

At the kitchen table......heard the bin lorry outside...grabbed the extra recycling bags we had and went out to lorry, handed them to the binman and said thanks....prick didn't even acknowledge me......took bin off lorry, walked past me and walked away......was a time we would give them a few quid but the last few years we noticed they dont even say hello, no wonder we stopped giving them a few bob, Manners cost nothing.
They're another high turnover horribly treated job now too. Don't know if any local councils do their own waste management these days
Herself gave the turkey carcass out to the cats, the dog got it and now she’s giving out to me about the dog eating it. 😂😂

Ah to be fair prob hasn’t a lick of English or is under so much pressure they didn’t even register you!
also, maybe it’s just me, but if I worked as a bin man I would not open my mouth or nose during the shift.

No they don’t outside of their own recycling centres/landfills. They no longer collect rubbish from premises either residential or commercial
