There wasn't a lot of Toblerone in my local store..
So you will need to move fast if you fancy some
moving fast alright…use by date of 25 in tabs
If anyone wants to hop on the ferry spuds are 15p for 2kg in their British stores.
I thought it was one transcation per phone/coupon but some woman showed me the coupon and said it was three, i didnt wait around to see if she was right though
Maybe thats how people where cleaning it out, worker said crisps gone at 830 in blakestown but then someone said clonsila had loads left
was that at a self-service till? bit ridiculous
There was no expiry date on the outside of the crisp boxes. Did anyone actually open the box and see what the expiry date is on the actual crisp bag? tia
coupon can be used once but for 3 purchases so you end up with 6 items
people can use other peoples phone numbers to use their coupons or a screenshot of the qr code
No it was a till with a staff member, he didn't say anything to her
Thats a joke, no wonder cleaned out, as ive always said it should be a lovalty system where those who spend so much get the offers
Yeah I did that for her mother as shes anti tech an I had a euro off an tin of fruit I wouldnt use, but obviosuly people are abusing this and then a lot of commerical shall we say are exploting this loophole
I had a €1 off voucher from Lidl plus. I went over at lunchtime yesterday to get crisps but all gone. Bought two other things and got the euro off them. Anyways wife ring me to pick up some other things on the way home from work and a euro came off that shop too. Only had one voucher and spent v little at lunchtime.
its April 24..check other side
No biscuits or Toblerone in East wall at 12. 30pm. Two empty pallets awaited me and many others.
there's good burning in those pallets
Free pastry on scratch card to go with the biscuits
got 2 biscuits and 2 Toblerone's in my Lidl - there wasn't a massive amount there and they were at the bottom of the middle aisle section stacked onto a shelf. the front of the store where they had the biscuits was just empty. I thought they had none - they may have been bringing them out in dribs and drabs
Yep, definitely check all areas of the store or ask staff because from what I've seen the offers can be left in multiple different random locations around the store. My one had 1 crisp mountain up the front and another down the end of the middle isles and another over with the Xmas sweets mixed with king crisps for extra confusion, the spuds were 'hidden' up the front on a pallet with the non-edible Xmas stuff with none in stock in their normal spot, and the Jacobs were spread out in 3 spots, some again mixed in with the ones not on offer for some more confusion.
Oh and if anyone took any photos of me and my 6 boxes of Tayto at the till, I hope you got my good side.
I don't think you should be adding pictures of people who would most likely be very unhappy with it if asked
@Roberto_gas
Appreciate your allowed take pics but given that that lady will never likely see this it would be sound of you to remove the pic or at least blur out the faces.
I would not like my mum or gran shared online in a discussion forum.
I'm not a mod so ignore me if you please lol.
for those who spend so much on the Lidl shopping there's the points system here in ireland , and a threshold system in continental Europe; when you reach €100 in spending per month you 'unlock' a freebie - say a bag of crisps or orange punnet.
From the retailer point of view, those who spend a lot are already ' converted' ; the shop needs to convert the 'undecided' ones , by offering a small freebie here and there.
As for those converted, sometimes is hard to keep them on your shop, and not be tempted by competition with crisps freebies or 1c carrot bags, so you create another loop for them : get 10 off €50+ or more of your shopping , every day : just keep spending the €50+ every time.
i was not even aware about it..have removed it..😃😃..thnks for flagging
Tomorrows is not too exciting
10% you say?!
well…pictures again…😃😃 …
Is the 10% off capped at 5 euro? Or do you get €10 off 100 etc?
That's a very interesting question!
It says '€50 or more' so it should be 10% of any price over €50
My scratcher is €1 off next shop but only that or the 10% can be used in the one transaction.
Use the 10% voucher and leave one item to be checked out separately for the €1 😉
Seems to be 10% of a spend over€50
Don't forget to read the exclusions
EXCLUDES
Alcohol, Lottery, Newspapers, nutritional supplements, medicines, giftcards, infant milk, mobile top-ups.
So only if the spend is over €50 excluding above categories, does the discount apply.
