Don't know about his health but he does have a double. Even a triple. It is normal for people like him, Kim Jug Onion etc, to have doubles.
Russian helicopter shot down
Aeronautical titbit
LOL
This is from day 1 of the war. The footage is new and just released from the Russian side. Safe to say they weren't expecting that sort of resistance from Ukraine.
Faulty ammunition..might be an idea to plant some in their stocks.
The measures Putin's oligarchs go to, to steal Ukrainian grain. From mock executions and coercion to sign farmland over to Russian authorities to forging paperwork to claim as Russian produce. The Russian ministry of agriculture announcement of a record harvest just led to more eyes onto the situation in Ukraine.
That’s date stamped 2022.
Navalny probably sent to the front line.
Not impossible. He is a Russian nationalist at heart and only changed tack on Ukraine when he thought it would get him political gain!
This was a few days ago.
Very strange and interesting.
...
This guy keeping visual confirmed count on both sides daily now
the amount of Russian losses due to fpv drones and artillery is staggering
The republicans should hang their heads in shame.
To choose the side of a country who hates them and try abandon a country which is fighting for freedom and democracy against their enemy.
Biden is right, Europe and the US will be fighting Russia very soon if they succeed in taking Ukraine.
And then that weapon on Russian tv thanking the republicans on her evil show last night.
What are they playing at??
They are playing local politics for a short term gain. Republicans are pushing for democrats to accept an unacceptable immigration reform bill. Since the support for Ukraine is so important to Biden, republicans think that he can force his party to vote for the bill. This kills two birds -- Biden loses (more) of the support from his own party, and republicans bring home a huge victory against "mexicans" (again, immigrants traditionally support the democratic party). For a republican, it is probably more important to get a republican president (Trump) elected next year, than any European security concerns.
Actually I think the democrats don’t care much for the immigration reform bill, many quite possibly agree with it and is something that can help them in elections
There are much much bigger issues that can destroy the republic such as Trumps case being discussed in parallel thread re Supreme Court
It was genius of Biden to 1. Pick a very large figure for Ukraine and 2. Tie it to the Wall, Israel and Taiwan issues
A bit of good news
Most of Africa and Asia are for Russia.
Russia can feel like it is getting places, at tremendous cost but it is willing to pay that cost and more.
Ukraine can't and the West is flaking out on aid so Ukraine is now in trouble and they know it.
If Russia hold what they have taken it will be the greenlight for force over right all over the world and it will come to Europe in time.
Orban is a side show.
Ukraine isn't going to be affected either way by him.
Paris. Berlin, Washington, The Hague, London , that's where it matters. Not tiny little Hungary.
I've seen it suggested that the balance of Power in the EU has shifted Eastwards of late, with France & Germany giving ground to Poland's increasing clout & relevance - especially on this particular matter where Warsaw will be acutely aware of its recent history WRT Russian aggression and violence. And with Tusk's prior experience in the corridors of Brussels, maybe we will indeed see POland taking the lead here when others falter.
German public also on board
And there’s movement in commission to start sending seized Russian loot
“ FT: EU to propose plan to redirect 15 billion euros in projected profits from frozen Russian assets to Ukraine.
The EU will suggest a proposal to seize 15 billion euros in projected profits generated by frozen Russian assets and transfer them to Ukraine, the FT reported.”
and more sanctions
and vatnik dreams
The changing tone of these compared to last year is notable. The real truth of their situation has seeped in.
Orbán is a dangerous side show and a nasty thorn. We've seen voluntary exit from EU in Brexit, will we yet see forced removal of Hungary?
Bloody hell, I was already aware that this state had (very) limited military capabilities, but this raises it to a new level. Just becoming public now, but six months ago a Russian submarine was chased away by the British navy from where it was positioned 12 miles from Cork harbour. Apparently it was just in international waters. The Irish naval service ships it seems have no sonar capability, and haven't had since the 1990s when the Department of Defense deemed it 'too expensive' to replace existing sonar systems. Beyond embarassing IMO....
What is your evidence that most ot Africa and Asia are for Russia? General Assembly votes have been overwhelmingly against Russia
I seem to remember someone telling us not to worry because we can track aircraft and ships using apps on phone's
More good news, perhaps Russians can get night vision equipment from their “allies” in Africa 😂
AFAIK there are no legal principles that allow for an EU state to be ejected from the bloc - which, is kinda fair enough cos obviously it would open up all sorts of potential pitfalls, not to mention being a potential geopolitical own-goal. But if there are no ejection procedures maybe the discussion needs to happen; cos entry requires a certain degree of democratic reforms and principles - but AFAIK there's no rolling review of whether the country has continued to adhere by them.
I think the funding of Ukraine by EU could be solved by
Orban can throw a fit but he can also go and **** himself imho
