    We have just got mortgage approval for our self build and have chosen a contractor and agreed BOQ.

    The contractor and QS are currently drawing up a contract, and I am going to apply for ESB connections once that is signed.

    What other steps do we need to take or what paper work is needed in order to start on the site?
