Generally what happens if all matches are blocked from in play betting it’s because there’s a breakdown of the live feed from the bookies’ data provider and the bookie.
So for Paddy Power for example, they use Opta for Premier League data, so if there’s an issue with Opta’s API that Paddy Power pull from, there’s an immediate block in the markets (ie a 404 error or 503 error etc).
