something off about this claim. Was he on target the first shot or did he need a few shots to compensate? surely the russians would hear bullets zip near them as he gets closer. If it's a hole in one well then 1 in a billion shot. saw a diagram saying the bullet would have had to gain 200 meters up at the apex of trajectory to hit at that distance.
He might have been shooting at the two blokes on the left, missed, and got lucky.

The claim yesterday was 3 miles which it would take about 15+ seconds from the bullet to hit it's target, I'm highly doubtful of that claim
Try timing it on the video that was posted.

I was assuming that mobile signal repeaters would be used , never thought that the fpv drones would be air dropped by drone further behind the lines ,
I suppose the bigger the "mother ship" gets the more likely it is to get hit by anti-aircraft missiles , so theres a natural deterent to getting too big , too visable ,
But if the long range surveillance is very good , and you've near air supremecy in drones , you can take out slow moving threats as they enter the battlefield , -helicopters not so much ,
Take out the at least 4 seconds of a pause and slowmo it's no where near 25 seconds

If I was hiring/ using a sniper I would be very, very happy if he , she was substantially accurate up to 500 metres anything over that would be a bonus. I would’nt be getting into the somantics of it re velocity, travel time of bullet, Alex of trajectory, etc. That’s only me
I'd be doubtful of the claim, due to the equipment used. Any of the previous record shots required a spotter to walk the rounds onto target. At that distance, you can't see trace and spotting impact splashes would be very difficult if not using HE rounds. In addition, due to the mil hold required, using a prism is pretty much a necessity. These are attachments which are placed in front of a scope, that mechanically add a fixed number of mils ( typically ( 40 or 60).
