Feels like the right time to start a new thread for next year's gigs.
John Mayer playing the 3Arena on 29 March 2024.
Wonder will this 'Van Halen/Hagar' tribute tour work out or turn into a farce

The Bug Club have an Irish Tour from 7th-10th February taking in Belfast, Limerick, Cork & Dublin: https://singularartists.ie/show/the-bug-club-2/
@Stillill42 and @Seathrun66 you like these lot don't you? February already looking busy!
Ah delighted to hear that. Had to miss them last time. I'm on that.
I got presale for Radiohead in 2017, the minute they went on sale. Worst seats I've ever had at 3 Arena. Wish I hadn't even gone to the gig.
Sound was super muddy and I had decent enough seats.
I can't imagine there can be that many paid up 10 club subscribers in Ireland at the moment
It's hard to know because you just can't trust Ticketmaster-
I presume PJ wouldn't go in for that dynamic pricing shaft that is creeping in?
Wouldn’t be surprised, every big artist does it now.
Yeah likely not enough to fill a pit section.
PJ have allowed minimal dynamic pricing before, think was only at MSG, but was in exchange for more and better 10 club tickets. Don't think they'd do it for a bog standard gig in a field, and if previous shows are an example, price won't be higher for golden circle
A good few more than you would think but also american fans will buy them just to make the trip
90euro for blink 182 in Kilmainham ! the dearest concert there for a while
Yeah....
No
Can you actually bet on something like this?
Rod Stewart playing kilmainham on Sunday May 26th
No demand for these the smile tickets at all, they're still trying to sell the bad seats
Isn't this where dynamic pricing should benefit the customer by dropping the price significantly. That is if it wasn't just a scam to justify ripping people off.
Think I'll just hold off for an hour until seat selection becomes available.
Refunded my fan presale ticket yesterday. Have to say the 24 refund was a blessing in this case.
I thought there would be more demand and FOMO'd into buying
Ideally yeah but say with dynamic pricing, prices only ever go up from original price
Don't suppose there's any update on when first Marquee gigs will be announced? Think there was talk they'd be out the 1st week of November.
You have to be signed up pre announcement, normally a couple of days in advance.
I’ve seen resale tickets below the original price for a few shows here. €20 cheaper for 3 arena show etc
yea they done it last year in fairview for the kooks/blossoms.
we had bought normal standing and they upgraded us to gold circle and then sold gen standing for €30 less
Is that not just original punters deciding to lower the price they sell instead of losing out on full cost of ticket as opposed to as a result of dynamic pricing?
Yeah I've sold on tix on TM at lower than face value, dynamic pricing solely raises prices
Good afternoon guys,
I'm hitting the national stadium over the weekend and I’ve tickets on my phone do they accept them this way or only printed ? I’ve never been for a gig in this venue.
Phone is the way
Fanirish has solid form of posting anything that makes TM sound like do-gooders.
Sure he's the biggest spoofer on here and changes his mind about how Ticketmaster do things depending on what way the wind blows!
Coronas confirmed at a gig last month they are playing it , but it's not officially announced
