It looks like the same as the Swift craic.
You've to register to try be allowed gain access to the presale.
So basically, you register on this, then if you're lucky enough they'll send you a presale code. This code will allow you to queue up to try buy tickets.
If it's anything like Swift, you can't transfer codes if lucky enough to get them as they are linked to your email and ticketmaster account.
