You may well be but I would expect a Sunday morning magazine show to be more rounded in both affairs of the nation and the wider world, it gets tiresome
So would I in fairness
Christ almighty
I'm all for both
.
I'm off for a swim. I have a headache now after subjecting myself to 30+ mins of today's show.
One of the chief suspects in the Murray case is a female btw, no mention of that of course.
I’m also a woman and I was just driving along listening to this nonsense, I scoffed at the radio when someone was banging on about women living in “constant fear”- a bit of perspective compared to what women in other countries around the world have to live with wouldn’t go amiss.
Is violence against women and girls a problem? Absolutely. Does that make it any less cynical to use extremely rare events to try and put the fear of god into the listener? It does not. Even the older lady saying “it’s not as rare as you think” and then uses the example of Raonaid Murray from 1999. 🙄
And now for some Shinner-bashing. Up next, some Trump-bashing.
Gateway misogyny???
No! It's not all Irish men - it's only the white ones.
Ah yes its all the Irish mans fault.
No mention of the fact that this man they're discussing wasn't Irish of course. 🙄
Justine makes a living out of this stuff.
"Thank god for feminism". Feminists are known for their tolerance alright.....esp. to conservative women.
You'll be shunned now for saying that and not towing the line!
I’m a woman and I have never experienced anything like this lot are talking about. As far as I know none of my friends have either.
We're back to the all men are potential murderers and rapists narrative again. Great. 🙄
The man-hating is strong in this one.
The hundreds of thousands of people who vote for him seem to have a different view
the sooner I hope.
Didn't get the final guest name he is a chef from Middleton or around.
Brendan goes to milk the behayzus out of the town flood cleanup, forget about talking about culinary advice.
Get all the misery porn.
He had Fergie (Andrew’s ex) on recently talking about her latest book & he seemed very smitten by her
O'Connor gets so excited when he has 'stars' on the programme -or down the line on the phone. He nearly lost his nickers when he was interviewing Nigella Lawson a while back. 'Thank you SO MUCH Nigella for taking the time to talk to me. If you're ever down in Cork by... .'
The same star struck excitement with Schwarzenegger. Behaving like a proper idiot.
You could have sommit there Mr F.
Maybe she has an iron in the fire? Works for some publicly funded group that supports her narrative?
Well from experience they have time to be perpetually offended too…..
Virtue signalling is a full time commitment, no room for other perspectives
No beheading before noon
Resentment in communities across Ireland - the powers that be knew this at the very start so I don't know why gaslighting is going on now as if it just occured to them.
The woman who works in the city centre has no feasible solutions but just wants to give, give, give.
