Yeah you can normally buy in a post office, they also do free delivery and are normally very fast at shipping.

Same as National stamps I think because theres no actual euro amount on them.
The odd time when we had to send a bigger letter - A4 size, under 100g- we used 2x N stamps - all letters were delivered
Wish they do a N stamp for A4 size letters - would help some companies !
