I think it's an attempt to divide up LGBT people so they can write hateful things about transgender people. Same for that grotty "think tank". Standard right wing divide and conquer tactics.

Being “woke”, IMO, is about being socially aware and accepting of peoples differences. Not applying rigid standards and respecting people’s rights to be who they are. Not judging people for their race, gender or sexuality. In other words, being a decent human being.

To me, there is a difference between normal decent people and “woke” people. The latter are usually a bit thick, with first world problems, with faux compassion for other group identifies. Like someone that tries to explain how trans people operate in a logical way.
