We've just had a major debate here with one person saying its a roof and me saying its a tiled floor. I don't think they were convinced.
Pub next door, Spar supermarket the other side, Wellbeing centre around the corner, parking at the back!
When is this auction?
Pic 4/4 would suggest that whatever it is, is pretty much at ground level.
Potentially corrugated sheets lying on the ground to help the water flow away from the house and into a drain? ... it looks like that tiny outside area could take on a lot of water from all sides very quickly in a downpour.
Yes, that was my argument. I also felt that the pattern was too strong and regular to be rusty metal, I say its tiles.
It has to be tiles, the pattern is too regular and corrugated sheets wouldn't have white.
They've added a few internal pictures, it needs a lot of work, it looks cold, dark and damp.
It does need a lot of work but whoever is living in it is doing their best to keep it tidy and comfortable.
What is it with people taking crap pictures for ads???
If I tried my level best, I couldn't manage to take worse photos than those inside ones.
And for those debating the bloodbath scene, it's 100% floor level, as seen in this pic
Photo 14…I will just pop outside to the walk to the bathroom
Quite handy for ventilation after a feed of Guinness and a curry.
There is an internal route
not much privacy in the bathroom !
The glass in front of the toilet looks frosted... I still wouldn't be a fan though
You would have to climb out a window and then in a window to get to the bathroom there are no doors. The proper way to get there is through the property.
Watch your partner wipe their arse through the barely frosted glass ... 😬😬😬
Back in 2019 I viewed a property in Dublin where the shower block was in the shed taking up half the back yard. Must try and find pics..
Bonkers - €1.2 in the arse end of nowhere and it's not even fully finished?
Is picture #9 showing the support group space for rich idiots?
I'm not a fan of open plan kitchen, living room and dining room to begin with, but that one takes the pi$$.
All the empty space between the couch and door. Plus it would be a nightmare to keep warm.
I much prefer toasty lil snug rooms....maybe a bigger "occasional" room if you've guests.
I noticed all the couches pulled up close to the fireplace so it must be an icebox.
I like the Goldilocks bedroom in pic 17.
That Ennis house is ugly, it looks like a hotel externally and is the equivalent size. There must be an echo in the hall and the open plan living areas.
Madness.
How is that in the back end of no where. Few mins drive from Ennis and not far from Limerick you could also to change it up drive up to Galway city some times. Motorway not far from you either.
Very weird, in picture 8 that TV looks like it would be easily knocked over.
And the rack against the wall with all the coats and stuff? Surely in a house that big, they have a better place to hang their coats?
Hate the curved wall in the bedroom, and with all that space, its weird that they have 3 beds squashed into another bedroom.
The blanket box in pic 13 had my teeth grinding
What a desperately cobbled together looking house, very unappealing.
I love this house if i could move it! But I'd add a bit of colour. I'm not sure about the cladding roof either
Bland dot com. So much grey. Even the kitchen presses. Not a touch of personality of any kind in the place.
And a fecking laurel hedge too 🤮
The interior is a let down - awful laminate, the copper effect tap and cupboard handles are very tacky and very little colour added. At least the awful furniture would be removed.
Some things about it are nice, but the grey floor in the living room really lets it down. It's so badly laid.
Grey everything is so OVER.
Also, that house is completely overlooked on all sides. Badly lacking in privacy.
Its also facing this...
And just out of the screenshot, to the left is what looks like a gym.
For 1.2 million it's in the middle of nowhere. For that kind of money I'd want it closer to Dublin. There are similar places around there for significantly less money.
Fancy living in the 1970s?
