Yup. I’d be wondering if you’re getting a reduced rate given they’re using your building as a site for their equipment. Great business model. Get the solar footprint the free, get the building owner to pay you for the electricity generated and sell any surplus back into the grid all while paying nothing for the ground you’ve installed on. I really dislike the business because that’s the perception of their model I’m getting from the ads.

The Jack Reacher franchise has been taken over (written) by Lee Child's younger brother in the guise of a joint effort,very poor the last few books were.
The current ad for the charity organisation GOAL has a kind of punch line that ends in " because that's what Goalies do", but it appears to me that this line should have been preceeded with something about "saving"( maybe lives) to make it meaningful. As it stands it seems like something is missing.

Talking about ‘phone in’ charity radio ads, the current one for UNICEF is kind of mad. Starts off with some dude talking over a phone line asking us to listen to someone ‘on the ground’ in wherever it is. The on the ground person sounds very clear so either they did a WhatsApp voice message or, more cynically, they aren’t on the ground anywhere remote and are a voice actor. It begs the question though, what’s up with the dude phoning in his bit? Also you can practically hear the cuts and edits in the voice overs. Time for these phone in ads to die in 2023 I think.
Wee Daniel advertising hearing aids. It could ruin his career if his demographic start hearing what he really sounds like 😂.
Wee Daniel don't make too many mistakes, no flies on that lad, he didn't make millions from a mediocre singing voice out of the blue, he's gates wide as we'd say down here😉
