im fairly sure my seven year old is agnostic at best , he told me he doesn’t believe that “ God “ made the universe, I’m fine with that and told him that some people believe in a God but that I’m not sure if there is one , that God is often a replacement for nature or the universe in general

That degree of education doesn't tend to happen until one is a teenager and I have absolutely no issue with teens being informed. You are aware half of 13 year olds have seen porn? I'd prefer for teens to be informed rather than learning from pornography. Also no idea if kinks are even discussed tbh.
We probably should tell them about paedophiles though and that it is wrong. Not telling them might protect their innocence, but they might know what to look out for when Father Fortune starts putting his hands on them.

She is a comedian that has cerebral palsy.
As a result of her cerebral palsy her speech is very slow and slurred.
She's on a good few panel shows on TV in the UK.
But I find her totally unfunny and I find it difficult to listen to her.
I tried listening to her on a TV show but had to fast forward it.
Timing and delivery is vital in comedy and as a result of her disability she has neither.
But media love her, The Guardian can't get enough of her.
She's their dream, a disabled, female, lesbian comedian.
Call me cruel but someone who has trouble speaking should never be considered a creditable entertainer in a area where speech is important.
She also sells out shows so y'know she's actually a pretty popular comedian.... So it might just be a case of she might just not be your cup of tea.
So, woke is a disabled comedian getting a chance. FFS.
People like to feel good about themselves, feel that they are very progressive going to those shows.
I'd say many come home disappointed.

It's one thing to not find a comedian funny, it's quite another to target one based on her disability and sexuality, and I'm as far from woke as you can get without being discrimatory.
I feel the same about Kevin Harte. He fills stadiums though. So maybe he’s just not to my taste.
