Why do they never give descriptions of the accents of perps anymore like the guy with the knife at the ATM or the lad on the bus? Couldn't be because most of them seem to be non-Irish from the images now and wouldn't have the old 'strong Dublin accent' ?

Since the court case is unfinished the man remains innocent of the alleged offence. Not that's it any of your business anyway.

Well how come Crimewatch Uk in their wanted on warrant slot clearly explains why the individuals are wanted. Some could be violent offenders which I think is necessary to be told to the general public

Watching the programme on RTE+1. That photo of Jason Teelin was something special. It looked to be a mugshot photo with his eyes shut and his head tilted up. That or he was laid out for his final journey. How was he allowed get away with that? A quick Google search brings up a photo a million times better.
I partially recorded the programme last night and took a photo of the image.
Why would you need to know? How would you use that information?

Looking at last nights program it would be easier if they divided it all into two sections- half of the show should be dedicated to traveller burglaries and the other half to Romanians and their exchange of notes trick/robbing on friendly supermarket retail staff !
Well let’s say if its an individual,who is wanted on assault or has a case history of assault and you see this individual in your estate/locality ,is it not in the public interest (or for your own health/personal safety) to contact the appropriate authorities?. I certainly think so
I saw CCTV of 3-4 fellas robbing a gunsafe from a house and thought the Garda said a really rare shotgun was part of the haul, did he call it a Hugh Morrison that was around 100 years old?
Would you not be contacting the authorities if you see anyone mentioned on the show in your estate?
