The system is very messed up.
I tried to use an activated voucher today and it didn't register at all.
It was only for the determined shop assistant that took my phone in hand and scanned it multiple times that allowed me to use it.
I think it was some kind of bug tbh so watch out for that.
Was in Lidl yesterday and earlier today, spent over €30 between both shops and no scratch cards 😢
Scratched one this morning and it has appeared this evening in the treats section.
Scratch the card on Friday but nothing until I went to Lidl.
Other issue: scan the QR code at the till and I see the coupons I activated disappeared but no digital receipt or scratch card yet. The app update didn’t go well

Definitely an issue present, I messaged Lidl and they told me to be aware scratch and wins can take up to 48hrs to show! Never had that prob before though, usually when I scratch it's available in my treats list right away, I'll wait a few days anyway 🤣
Maybe it's an invitation to naked shopping.

Not just a copy paste. I've whatsapps back as far as last November with variations like Please bare with us for now please bare with us while we... etc etc.. i wonder are they all the same person? Its pretty unprofessional looking to still have the same spelling mistake going out repeatedly a year later.
Yes. I Scratched 2 this morning and neither are in my treats. This happened before and the treats never showed up . The notifications both say
You've won a prize! This scratch card has already been used.
I guess i could always message them and be told BARE with it 🙄

Lidl support have confirmed there's a known issue and it should be sorted, reply from them below:

yes happened today, just a picture of a present, no treat appeared in the list (when it happened last time, something new did appear in the list though).
Constantly, i also haven't had a 7 day qpon in a good two weeks, always 6 or less even if i scratch it as soon as i get it.
Was doing this for me a bit lately but the freebie usually appears afterwards under the Treats...

Correct. Worked for me earlier; got the chicken pops and the fillet burgers.
The Red Hen coupon is only for certain products, and the chicken pops are not included in the list of them, so the two coupons are completely separate and independent of each other, and it makes no difference whether you use them together or separately, as the Red Hen one won't discount the pops either way,

With original price €1.35 and 30% off, Final price: €0.95 Saved amount: €0.41
so don't use the popcorn qpon unless you don't have the red hen qpon.
