Generally feeling a lot more human today, although I'm still out of it somewhat. Whatever this bug is, it sure does a number on you. All the best to everyone who's still dealing with theirs!

Couchside with wine and pringles, had a great day but totally bored now, looking forward to the long weekend, going'out out' Saturday night hopefully but I'm struggling tonight, nothing on telly ( Sky or Netflix), gone are the days of a laugh on Boards imo...what are ye all up to? 🤔😁
I've loads of news! The house as in new house is riddled with Covid. What a house warming gift to be given! I'm over it since Wednesday with a little residue. Mrs G is now getting a little better. Ms G well up for it. Bullet proof girl with her posh junior cert results! But seriously a bollix of a dose lads.

Not much happening over here to be honest. Still recovering from that bug and honestly, just about to hit the sheets here. Today is the first day I'm feeling somewhat human again, but that's not a high bar to clear. I do miss the times of boards shenanigans, nowadays it's all too fractious and bitter in my eyes, basically Twitter/X/Whatever with marginally better grammar...

Hope you feel much better soon thomil, sounds like you were wiped out, so many things doing the rounds at the moment, I'm honestly shocked that I'm escaping as all my friends and work colleagues are wiped. I've never even had covid afaik, and I've been working / socialising closely with so many that had it, it's weird. Probably jink myself now saying that.

They’re so so on pupper. Hopefully they will get warmed up, the pups not aggressive to them at all which is good!

Hauled myself out of the house to meet my friends for coffee, I'm after walking in dog sh*t, what a start to the day...should have stayed in bed.🙄 On a positive note it's an absolutely gorgeous day, warm and sunny , traffic is heavy, loads out walking, it's a good day.😁

A doggie walked, met a friend for coffee, dinner courtesy of my OH (roast chicken 😁), clean up after that, drop daughter to swimming pool, and wait an hour to drop home again. The roads are packed with traffic, everyone out. It's the ☀️ . Everyone afraid we might not see it again !

Super lazy day here today, OH and myself still in our dressing gowns mooching about our place.
Needed to catch up on missed sleep over the past week so had a very decadent sleep in until 2.30pm. No apologies! 😴😁
Will have to get dressed at some stage and get out to the supermarket to get some badly needed groceries in, cupboards looking a little bare.
Energy savings mode over here as well. Will have to empty out the dryer and get some dinner going but not really feeling the energy for either. On the bright side, I'm making some progress with my blog again, working on a series of posts about my trip to Austria earlier this month (Feels like a lifetime ago already...)

Meanwhile today was meh. Mrs G feeling somewhat better but very narky. So I did what any man in my position should do. Made dinner. Served up. Cleaned up and then went for a pint. Currently suppin a cold one ear wigging on conversations from both staff and punters!
Thrown on the couch listening to torrential rain here, too lazy to head to the leaba, Monday looms.🙄
Yep, definitely coming down hard here as well. Just as well that I'll be working from home tomorrow.
