Feels like the right time to start a new thread for next year's gigs.
John Mayer playing the 3Arena on 29 March 2024.
AC/DC have applied for licence for Croker in 2024 is what I have heard from a reliable source.
It is possible that they ahve applied for more than one venue but Croke Park was specifically mentioned.
Bryan Adams playing 3Arena and SSE Arena on 21st and 22nd May. General tickets on sale Friday at 9am. MCD presale before that. https://twitter.com/mcd_productions/status/1711652825720099089?t=dNWc0xSp4lKI5qN0sivXyA&s=19
Luke Combs tickets went on sale September 2022, over a year ago.
Fortunately/unfortunately it was flagged here months ago that the account was a scam. Hopefully you didn't get burnt by them.
Hi there, The concert celebrity (formerly dublin concerts) has been scamming hundreds people out of money with the promise of tickets to shows like Luke Combs, Olivia Rodrigo, Coldplay, Taylor Swift etc... The competitions are fake and their news is found leaked all over the internet. Beware of this page
Becky Hill playing Musgrave Park on Friday 14th June. Tickets on sale at 9am. https://twitter.com/mcd_productions/status/1711291583188889840?t=Xd7W0D56nZ4IaItRfbaBEw&s=19
mcd don’t have access on RDS outdoor shows since 2022 for next few years. Hence why green day, weezer got moved to marlay.
AC/D.C. are promoted by MCD here so rds off the board so to speak. With croke and aviva allotments gone it only leaves Slane and marlay as big concert venues
Why not the RDS?
I assume that account is saying Foos for Slane (unless they are mistaking Slane for Dublin)
AC/D.C. won’t be playing RDS. Did aviva last time and realistically if it’s going to be farewell tour as everyone assumes it will be then Slane is only option.
marlay park for pink is only real option.
didnt someone here say Aerosmith would be St Annes Park territory if they play here again ?
AC/DC for RDS or Marlay Park
You clearly are if you think there was no rumours around the internet as I seen plenty regarding Coldplay the week leading upto the announcement!
Abit of a scammer? Are you real?
Made over €15000 duping people to buy her coffees to enter competitions where not one person received the prize they won!
I stand by all I said thank you so you go and keep hanging on their every word!
He/She is clearly in the know about gigs, Coldplay, they flagged the exact dates they were when there no sign of it anywhere on the web.
Get whoever they are a bit of a scammer, but there is no smoke without fire with some of the predictions. We will see next week if those three are announced.
BTW, no need to be calling people thick and gulliable.
Didn’t take a genius to work out Olivia Rodrigo would play. I subbed to their coffee thing (out of pure curiosity) and this is how much they know
Absolute rubbish!!!
That person is a scamming rat and is ripping people with fake competitions and subscriptions!!!
The name change is over all the people she ripped off!!!
If you predict 100s of things you will fluke a few right.
Right about Luke Combs???He went on sale long before that page was set up!
Coldplay and Olivia Rodrigo rumours were around ages before her fake scoops!!!!
Those you named, the rumours are widespread for weeks.
That clown knows nothing besides how to scam people!
Some people are beyond thick and gullable!!!
According to that now infamous "TheConcertCelebrity" page on instagram, previously known as "Dublinconerttickets"
Aerosmith, Pink and ACDC gigs to be announced for dublin next week.
They have previously been on the money with Coldplay, Luke combs and Oliva Rodrigo in the past few months.
Seems to have the info well before they are announced, hopefully there is some truth to the above 3, Aerosmith and ACDC will be epic
King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard playing a 1 day festival thing in London on 25th May (a Saturday). Hopefully might get a show here, or if not, flight prices come down (from Cork anyway)
One way or the other it will be
The Slane Castle stuff is finally been put to rest ?
Pretty much everyone was expecting that right?
Apparently a news clip said that Power Trip will be launching AC/DC's 50th anniversary tour
For the last few weeks Ive gotten back in Manics big time having not really been too interested in them for 15 years. And I love Suede so really looking forward to this gig
Oh brilliant stuff. Have never seen Manics live. Haven't really listened to them after If you tolerate this. But will be great to get a chance to see them. And Suede are a great band. And going through a resurgence in album quality. I've only briefly listened to new album, but the couple of previous albums had some brilliant songs. I only saw them perform once - in the Olympia some years back. And I loved it. Brett Anderson is a great frontman. There was a great moment where he sang Eveything will Flow without any backing instruments, so was fairly quiet. Some bloke shouted up something like "You sexy bastard Brett". And it cracked him up.
I will definately pencil this one into the calendar as one that is unmissable for 2024.
Manics are brilliant live
They were actually better than Bon Jovi a few years ago
Continuation of the US tour so, which didnt really sell well but was a great idea.
Think the first billed act played for 1hr 15 and the second act played for an hour.
The Clockworks playing in the Button Factory on 24 February. Great Galway band
Sure is. It's a fantastic venue for a gig. Saw the Stereophonics there a few years ago and loved the venue.
yea all standing, nice venue and great location wise. Pity its a tuesday night though
Alleluia. A summer gig to look forward to
Manics and Suede in Trinners next July for the summer series.
That's all standing isn't it?
Planning on going to Mad Cool next summer. Hopefully a decent lineup including Sum 41
Blink 182 possibly and the Dublin date will be included in that run
