I've had no issues buying a tigo from lamps4sale.ie (they shipped it from oversees).
Mostly wanted to try it on a panel that gets shaded by trees in the mornings and there is absolutely no difference in production.
Panel in question is part of a 3 panel string and is monitored by home assistant every few seconds so was able to compare it with previous similar days.

Ye, it was just going to be for an extra panel on a string which would be shaded by a chimney in the morning. I hadn't heard they were that bad, probably explains why nowhere seems to be doing them anymore. I think I'll just use a Microinverter on it now and leave the current strings as they are.
