I'll post a pic of this later/tomorrow/when I remember, but a good way to stop your tablets from regularly ending up at the bottom of your bag (handbag fluff flavoured paracetamol, anyone?) is to split them up in individual "pods" by cutting around them as much as possible without opening them, or to "shell" them all, and keep them in a Kinder egg container. Make sure you label them and write the expiry date (or even better keep the flattened empty box in your handbag in a pocket). The egg won't open on its own accord, it's easy to find in the bag, it's smaller than a full box and would keep them clean and dry. To prevent dampness you could reuse one of those tiny silica sachets you find in Covid tests or in jars of supplements.
Tired of making shopping lists you then regularly lose or forget at home? Stick a large strip of masking tape on your phone cover and write what you need there. Bonus tip: write it in pencil and you can reuse it.
hmmm masking tape can sorta "embed" itself if left long enough and leave phone sticky, or it can also peel off easily when in pocket.
Why not just use a shopping list app?
Surely in that case it’s just easier to make the list on your phone. We just keep the same list every week and edit it as needed week to week. Plus no sticky tape.
Same here, can tick things off as I go around the supermarket and then untick them next week if they are needed again etc. etc.
