Yes, I think so. It's the best deal in the ROI currently.
There's a UK store called EE doing a better deal - the same bundle plus an extra controller for £449. I'm not familiar with the store, but if you have someone up the North or one of those remailer services it might be worth investigating.

I paid €701.98 (albeit with an extra controller, approx. €60) for one delivered last Christmas from littlewoods and I was lucky to get one at that price, they were going for €1,000 and more on facebook marketplace/adverts etc.
If I were in Santa's shoes I'd hop on that now .

No stock issues anymore, it's a good price but they could announce a PS5 Pro/Slim before Xmas
It's possible there will be better deals later in the year, you just never know. There's usually a deal around Black Friday. Personally I don't think there will be a significantly better deal this year, maybe there will be a different bundle. If I needed one for xmas and this EA bundle suited, I would get it.
It's hard to predict whether there will be shortages closer to xmas. Probably not. However if Santa needs one I would sort it before December to be on the safe side.
A slim model has been rumoured for some time.. Whether this would be cheaper for you or merely more profitable for Sony is anyone's guess. The assumption is that they will do away with the disc drive entirely and sell a separate add-on. But this has been rumoured for a while and not come to fruition yet.
I haven't heard any serious rumblings of a Pro model this year.
Sure, none at the moment but hard to predict what stock will be like closer to Christmas. If it were me, I’d just bite the billet and get it now and put it to one side. Chances of a better deal than that would be pretty slim I’d imagine.
There are a few big titles still to be released a new call of duty and assassin's creed among them both will have bundle offers and black Friday deals too, if you can afford it now those bundles will be at best 10 or 20 below this price right now and availability will probably be tighter in November.
Got this this morning in Smyths and they actually have another deal on today with the above and an additional controller and LEGO star wars for €550 which is great
