very disappointed with the inside of this place, feel they could have done so much more!

Seems to be a separate spiral stair case to bedroom one.
Not sure I like those Jack & Jill bathrooms, always remind me of the 70 Brady Bunch programmes.
Awful carpet everywhere, no stained glass windows, eyesore of a stove in the hallway, ugly tiles in the conservatory and a mixture of bog standard radiators and discoloured storage heaters.
They should have paid for professional help with the inside. I'd say it's baltic in winter, but it could be stunning.

The Tullamore place could be beautiful but in fairness, it's not a terrible price and could easily be improved!
Might be OK if the swimming pool or beach is around the corner.. 😅

I'm guessing it must have been used as a bedroom previously. Either way - I can't imagine that the estate agent has ever had to write this in a Dining Room description before

Cash buyer in these cases just means that you've got the "cash" in your bank account ready to do a bank transfer. I.e you don't need to wheelbarrow cash to the seller when buying / the purchase isn't dependent on any short of loan or mortgage (which can delay things even if pre-approved)

I get the feeling from this house that Pete getting divorced due to been a complete manchild. Petes wife stuck him out long enough because he's on a good salary but she finally got fed up.
Given the interior decor, I don't blame Pete making himself a bar.
Pete is a man child and the trophy wife isn't used to money, everything is tacky in what should be a beautiful home.
Apart from the mancave I think Pete didn't do the decorating.
I like it apart from all the Stars Wars cr@p and disney bathroom.
I might be wrong, but I'd be surprised if the wife hung the car bonnet as a faux chimney/mantlepiece!
All those colours make me head spin slightly, I'd have a ferocious headache if I spent any time there.

Jaysus I actually like the layout of the house. Yes the interior could do with some more tasteful decoration but it seems like a very livable house.

I think Pete bought and designed this house after winning €500K on the lotto. Pete and the wife have no taste whatsoever

Questionable decor aside, that is a really weirdly laid out house. Way too many tiny rooms. Two of the bedrooms are like box rooms from a 3 bed semi, the kitchen has far too little counter space for the size of the house, hall is far too big in comparison. Who would want to sit and watch telly in their hallway???? Then there is no back garden to speak off. The mezzanines in the bedrooms are cute, but you’d break your neck going up and down those stairs. The bar is fantastic and would be a great party spot. But the house has too bad a layout for that money. View is something else though.
For a house valued at not a million miles off a million quid in price, it's fun to play "spot the ikea furniture" in each and every room.
