Fixed Mortgage Renewal

I am coming close to the end of my first 5 years fixed mortgage with BOI and wondering what is the process for the renewal?

I'm hoping to avoid the hassle of switiching banks.

If staying with the same bank, what is the process for renewing for a new term?Do BOI automatically offer rates for the next term that can be negotiated and how far from the end of the current term does this process start?

BOI Mortgages will generally send a letter to you 6-8 weeks in advance of the renewal date.
