I like it generally, the woodwork and the mosaics. The metalwork is over the top - I guess there are security issues with all the metal on the windows, and the yoke in the bedroom would give you nightmares. About 25% of the metalwork would be good.
The ironwork has horror movie vibes to it. A house cocooned by alien spider type beings.
Carpet in the bathroom too 🤮🤮🤮🤮
A constant aroma of stale urine to stimulate the senses in estate agent speak.
Contrary to what appears to be popular option, I kinda like this house. I can see where everyone is coming from but it looks like it could be quite a cool place to live with a little reworking. Unlike say the Naas house a few posts past, it's not a love at first sight but it's piqued my interest that were I in a position to pay that much for a house, I'd definitely arrange a visit.
Anyone for a Cotswold or French character country home style, surprisingly only built in 2002
I'm not sure if I love it or hate it

For something that's so unusual and characterful outside (I'm undecided if in a good or a bad way), it's completely cheap, plain and generic on the inside - low ceilings, dark rooms, no personality whatsoever - I hate it!
Anybody up for Barbie's house.
“The construction was costly and finishes are high.”
so costly that they couldn’t put a door on any press in the kitchen or cover around the bath.
It wouldnt be for me at all. They could have at least tidied up a bit and made the beds before they took the photos of inside. Some people are so lazy when selling their houses.
It looks like lots of short cuts were taken building it . I think it could end up costing the buyer a lot more than they think in the long run.
OMG 🤣😂
There must have been a very good deal on pink paint.
The surround around the bath wasn't even finished and the thatch looks dodgy too. No expense spared my eye!
hate it.
I get what they were trying to do but they failed miserably. looks like something from medieval England and the inside is just bog standard boring
You have to admire the commitment to the colour, ceilings and everything.
Hate it.
I didn't even get through all the photos.
And that price is mind boggling imo.
Even though I must admit I have no idea what prices are like in that part of Galway.
A most unpleasant visual assault. Also, they spelled "Eyewash Grove" wrong, because that's what you'd need living near there.
they should be committed.
For matching red leather couches with pink walls...perhaps.
Imagine having to live next door to that. It ruins the area.
It's like someone has the place rented and smashed some stuff. Exercise equipment dumped in random places around
a house really annoys me. Get it set up in a particular room or get a bicycle and use it outdoors!!!!
Half a pink chimney! Just no. Its probably a decent, sound house, but what a job repainting all that pink.
You don’t want to spend your weekends cleaning the house? Look no further. The price obviously reflects this benefit.
It would be ideal for hobbits, anyone of normal height would struggle to move in the kitchen.
Said hobbits would need to be good drivers as the cars parked at the back suggest they'd need to reverse in or out at weird angles.
They'd also need to be idiots to pay €290k for that.
I think that's owned by the same dreamer living in the €13 million Dubland place.
About 200k overpriced
Shocking price. 😳
Shocking size.
That wonderful old Peggy Lee song: "Is That All There Is" came back to me. Lol
And it's only Leasehold ...
Tiny living is all the rage these days and I actually think this is a nice little house. But that price is an absolute disgrace. Dublin/London prices in Cork City. FS.
