Really quick response time from some of those remote places in west Donegal with RNLI, coastguard helicopter and mountain rescue teams nearby. Some recent examples nearby there of people being in Letterkenny hospital within about 15 minutes of an incident happening.

It would make a perfect boutique hotel for weddings and other functions. Convert the out buildings to extra bedrooms and landscape the land for photos.

It seems like silly money for an apartment, on the other hand it is a very nice apartment with outdoor space. I'm not keen on the decor but if I could afford 1.3m for an apartment, I could afford to decorate it to my taste. The roof looks a bit vulnerable in terms of security, but generally I like it.
I can't imagine living in Dublin or any other city now, or anywhere without a garden, though I grew up in urban areas, but if it's what you want, it looks like a good place to live.

Yes, my thoughts exactly. It is very well appointed with a large balcony, it is well finished if you’re in for expensive apartment living. For someone with a busy travel schedule for instance…
If I lived in Greater Dublin, I would choose a house with a garden also. Where I live, there are 5 months of hibernation as far as gardening goes, but I still need to tend to greenery whenever possible.
