Another senseless shooting that led to a young black woman being killed, along with her unborn child. Two surviving children left without a mother. Going by the bodycam footage, she looks terrified. Nobody deserves to lose their life over such a trivial incident.

She wasn’t being arrested when did they say she was under arrest? She was being detained.

Absolutely agree with don’t step in front of the car, she was already steering to avoid him while trying to drive off, and he had to move to get in front of the car, he was only lucky he wasn’t run over.
Not sure the car would have kept going though, even injuring her she would have likely stopped with the shock. As it was the car didn’t appear to be accelerating, and once she was shot it appears one of the officers tried to guide the car off to the side after smashing the window.
EDIT: I think I might have answered my own question about why the vehicle wasn’t accelerating - it was likely still in neutral, not drive.

I think I might have answered my own question about why the vehicle wasn’t accelerating - it was likely still in neutral, not drive.
Dunno if it was in N or D (probably the latter) but I don't think her foot was anywhere near the accelerator when he blew her head off or it likely would have kept pushing into the floor and sending the car slamming into a wall. She wasn't trying to kill anybody though or peel out.

Outrageous comment. Have you researched the stats? I did, after the George Floyd killing, I too was convinced that there must be something to the narrative that white cops have a burning desire to slaughter black people.
So I did some research and what I found out was a black person is more likely to be shot if they have an encounter with a black cop than a white cop. Also, black cops are far more trigger happy with white suspects than white cops are with black suspects.
These are irrefutable facts. You can look for yourself. You won't get the truth from the media though, media that last year even blamed the beating to death of a black suspect by 4 or 5 black cops on "white supremacy".

For context: this is the same state Gym Jordan occupies, a state that positively defends groomers in high office; and which a 10 year old girl had to recently flee to seek an abortion because Ohio doesn't recognize a rape exception. You can see in the video she cuts the wheel right and rolls forward officer is to the left side of the vehicle. She isn't trying to run over an armed police officer.
Groomers have no place anywhere, high office, classrooms, anywhere, so we're in agreement here.
Individual cases are very difficult, whoever raped a 10 year old should get the death penalty, but their child should not. I know the age of the mother is a problem and in these rare cases where a mother's life is at risk due to pregnancy abortion should be an option (I say option because some mothers will die for their children, although probably not in this case).
Lastly, if you come at someone with a tonne and a half (or whatever weight the car is) of steel etc. it's attempted murder.

I don't hear a drag racer revving up here, the car rolls to a stop because she has not pressed any power to the accelerator. I do not see any intent on the driver to assault the officer.
