When I'm using the internet I invariably end up looking on ebay, adverts and done deal for bicycles and bits and pieces (I suspect I'm not alone in this). And in my time I've come across some bikes that are so overpriced and over valued I just laugh. Whether its that overpriced rusty Raleigh thats been sitting in a hedge for the last fifty years or a hideous looking fixie, there is plenty of dreamers out there.

Anyways motors has a thread like this and its time we had one (unless I'm missing out on one already)

It sure does. I think it's a 2012 Ridley Excalibur and he's going to be bitterly disappointed. I wouldn't say it's worth the hassle for anything more that €55 never mind his fairy tale price.

The TCR would be the pick of the bunch there for me. They're a great frame and if the pro model better again. The propels look the part but the brakes are utter shite and they're just a so so bike imo. Always seem to go for around a grand.

The TCR is only a 52 though the propels are a 56 frame. In lay mans terms TCR is roughly 5'6"-5'8" the propel 5'10" - 6"

No argument there. Absolutely delusional. It's not a worthless bike, but I reckon 1500 euro at an absolute max. If it was sram red ten speed, and proper carbon wheels not alu rimmed then 1500 would be reasonable.

Obviously, in many ways it is a fabulous bike, but not at that money.

To be fair he have listed other bikes at around 300 quid so I would say it's a typo and should be €330.
