The descrption of the van too. Lots of places around Europe and elsewhere rely on such "basic equipment", but it does the job. Super high tech ambulances are all well and good, but no good to you if it takes 4 hours to get to you.

Also the rakija there is very strong, not intended to be knocked back in numbers, she might be very unused to that level in her blood and quickly got very sick, and responsible pub manager observed she was in danger of dangerous intoxication. A learning curve for her, but don’t think there’s any scam of any kind involved here.
