Once again, a grand jury viewed there to be enough cause to prosecute. No single individual decided to do so. Also Trump didn't simply contest a result, he tried to pressure public officials to change a result, intimidated election workers etc. Surely if you consider him to be innocent, you'd want a trial. Fani Willis is not objective
A judge in Fulton County, Georgia, has granted a motion by a Republican candidate for lieutenant governor to disqualify District Attorney Fani Willis from targeting him in her criminal probe into former President Donald Trump and allies' efforts to overturn the results of the 2020 election.
Superior Court Judge Robert McBurney on Monday barred Willis from building a case against Burt Jones, a state senator running for lieutenant governor, after she hosted a fundraiser backing Democratic candidate Charlie Bailey in his runoff against another Democratic challenger who ultimately lost, Kwanza Hall
McBurney said Willis’ taking part in the fundraiser was “harmful” to the integrity of the investigation.

No such conflicts have arisen in this RICO prosecution however, and one failed prosecutorial act does not nullify the people's DA for the rest of their term. And all of the RICO defendants can make all the motions they want. This is actually a solid argument for why the Georgia Republicans trying to fire her through a legislative push is so overtly political and biased in and of itself.

Trump's actions have led to all the charges against him, multiple grand juries support the charges against him. So there's a reckoning coming and that's his fault.
