With Medvedev keeping up the tradition!!
And Prigozhin's PMC is not the only one, despite such private military organizations being against the Law. But there's only one law in Russia, Don Putin's Law.
If it's anything like the company who took over McDonald's after they left, the standard is about to really plummet.
Simple. You register your companies in the UK or in Cyprus, and use Cyprus/UK courts for legal disputes. While in Russia you use gangs of enforces to kill and intimidate your competition. Or you get connections in the power and use police as your private enforcers.
You sound like a trumper with that shite. I’ll let you get back to fox “news”
Or maybe I sound like someone who went to school in one of those countries in Eastern Europe.
Meanwhile, on the conscription front:-
Anton Gerashchenko on X: "Russian military commissariats conducted a large-scale handover of enlistment notices to migrants in the South Urals, Russian media report. The event was organized together with the support of OMON special forces and took place at the Chinese market located in the Metallurgical… https://t.co/3YFuswuUQU" / X (twitter.com)
Just wait until these boys contact the folks back home.......
Maybe you should go back to school after your previous comment. I thought it was Majorie Taylor greene for a second. Such fking nonsense.
lol. naivety with no limit?
And no wonder!!! Putin's msg to the masses is very simple:- " See what happens to anyone, even the rich and powerful, if they cross me" So be warned, if I can do this to them, imagine what I can do to you and yours. Behave or else!!! The last independent newspaper in Russia, Novaya Gazeta, was closed by Putin in April 2022. Prior that several of its journalists were murdered, and its editor, Dmitry Muratov, who had been a winner of the Nobel Prize in 2010 for his work in safeguarding freedom of expression, was attacked as well.
Yes, and especially the ones who are benefitting from it. Those outside Putin's approved schemes, not so much though.
Wagner being erased from Russian history as quickly as possible -
Dodgy business all right, even if you know where to make the cut. These bomblets are notoriously unstable at the best of times once armed. Whether they fall from the mother bomb, or are dropped from a drone, I'd say the effects will be the same, except maybe a bit more accurate when a drone is used.
More likely the one with his name on the passenger list would be the decoy. I wonder who was on the second plane, though. That interview Putin gave about his death was chilling. He kind of implied he did it by mentioning that Prigozhin made serious mistakes in his life. I see the Kremlin have already laid the ground to blame the west, by mentioning he had many enemies outside Russia. It would be great if karma caught up with Putin someday. Unfortunately I can't see it coming through Wagner they will be demoralised now that their leadership has been wiped out.
Yes I'd also be very curious to know this, and also did those onboard (assuming not Prig himself) know what was planned?
it was a response to why it was sold for a €1...
but great rant, i look forward to the next one.
I agree, Wagner is finished, but Putin has certainly made himself a few more enemies, and as the IRA once said to Thatcher: you need to be lucky every time, we need to be lucky just once.
Same goes for Putin and his enemies. Some day he may just get a taste of his own medicine
So what happens now with Russias involvement in Central Africa with the Wagner fighters down there left without leadership?
Will China move in.
I think that question answers the question why Prigozhin wasn't killed earlier. Putin needed two months to find replacements for Wagner leadership. Most probably we will not see any changes in Africa, just instead of Prig, Wagner will be managed by someone else.
"More likely the one with his name on the passenger list would be the decoy"
Maybe that's just what he hopes you are thinking.
I knew that was Heineken's statement and I was having a go at that and not your posting of it so chill out.
So capitalism is the way to fascism?
@silverharp "I cant say I know anything about the Russian psyche"
They act with impunity. They don't discriminate between good and evil or right and wrong. They act to get results. In the short term this might work sometimes, but ultimately it leads to the disaster that Russia is today. If they didn't have all that gas to bail them out they'd by back in the stone age now.
But who gives a flying f**k about 1800 Russian jobs?
Capitalism is a bad system because it is based on profit and exploitation. Any good system should be based on service to the community. All work should be done for the greater good. This is how tribal societies work.
So... Socialism.
Saying either is a guaranteed path to their extremes is a nonsense
Big strike
Socialism is a good idea. Someone should try it sometime.
This guy is like Tucker Carlson, probably doesn't believe anything at all, just pushed buttons to make money
He's a Meathead.
