Donald Trump has been charged with conspiracy to commit forgery by Georgia state prosecutors.
Very strange none of the usual outlets posting it
Awkward seems some outlets have jumped the gun.
Yep.
Premature ejaculation involving Trump. Who would have thought it....

Now he knows what's coming. Let him stew on that for a day.
Apparently it's happening today.
The Judge clarified and said he was guilty of rape, thereon he is a rapist.
Tick tock...
Dim the lights and stick on the Enigma album
The Georgia case might be the one to sink him.
I hear TV cameras might be allowed into the courtroom after all...
Lauro has even said they'd welcome it.
AMAZING!
Gonna be yuuuuge!

Grand jury in Georgia weighing evidence against Trump begins voting - NBC
It would be an iconic image to his supporters. For independents, who I assume live in some kind of information vacuum or might be a bit simple, a mugshot won't have the same appeal. The thing with Trump's criminality is that it has the effect of radicalising his hardcore supporters while putting off those on the fringes. Even in this thread, you can tell from their absence that his supporters are having a rough time - the more articulate supporters have abandoned the thread and we're being left with mouth dribblers who at best can just post slogans, much like a simplistic npc from an old rpg
This will make Trump more popular with the voters who are already all in. There's no doubt about it. On the other hand, he's not gaining any more supporters - the racists, the rapists, the conmen, the religious nutbags, the conspiracy theorists, the crooked businessmen and other assorted cnuts were already going to vote for him but he's not branching out to new potential supporters. As a strategy, I don't see how it helps win national elections.
BREAKING: Georgia grand jury approves indictments in 2020 election interference case, defendant(s) not yet named - FOX5
Watched the Judge review the doc and forward it to the clerk to be added to the docket. CNN reporting 10 separate indictments, no names as yet.
CNN speculate that Fani Willis will make an announcement this evening.
Anyone else up watching US news channels? Or am I wasting my insomnia 🤣

Full pdf
Just hearing the news and Jesus there’s no messing around it would seem. So 19 named and 30 unnamed people.
Please resist arrest!!
Rudi pioneered the use of RICO, now he's being charged with it. My how the turntables...
And the tumbrils....
Looks like he's made meadows an offer he can't refuse
He's charged with "launching a criminal enterprise".
Lol, he said he was going to be launching a rocket to Mars.
Good article here....
Bizarre who was involved.
Meadows, Trump's chief of staff during his final months in the White House, is charged with two counts, for allegedly violating Georgia's RICO Act and solicitation of violation of oath by a public officer, which stems from the Jan. 2, 2021, call to Raffensperger.
Those charged also include several other attorneys who worked on behalf of Trump or the campaign, including Sidney Powell, John Eastman, Kenneth Chesebro, Jeffrey Clark, Jenna Lynn Ellis and Ray Smith III, who made false claims about election fraud in public and also allegedly plotted to overturn the outcome of the election.
The filing also describes attempts by three of the co-defendants — Lee, Floyd and Kutti, a former publicist for Kanye West — to allegedly influence testimony from Freeman, the Fulton County election worker, at an official proceeding. Lee traveled to Freeman's home twice in mid-December 2020, while Kutti visited Freeman's house in early January 2021, the indictment claims.
I'm quite surprised that Lindsey Graham isn't indicted in this as he's quite vocal about influencing the Georgia officials, perhaps he flipped
Interesting timeline here, where a Trump indictment always follows the day after a negative Hunter Biden case.
Over the last few months, any day that ends in a Y is followed by a day where Trump is charged with a crime. Because he's committed so many of them.
Regardless, as has been pointed out previously, the indictments against Trump have been in motion for a long time and follow official processes, over several jurisdictions with different judges and grand juries. They can't just say "Sh*t, there's been a negative development against Hunter, let's drop charges and indictments on Trump and a dozen other people tomorrow to try cover it up!"
Once again back to conspiracy theories, we knew back in April that Georgia charges would be around August/September. I imagine most of the cases had a general timeline of when to expect charges. Are you gonna claim his court dates as part of a plot next?
So Eskimo, once again not gonna comment on the serious charges?
You have to admit that this is some remarkable coincidence, given that the two legal cases have nothing to do with one another.
