Person died in 2019. The deceased persons estate would have both property and cash. Executor has not done anything with the will yet and its now August 2023. The relationship with the executor is not good.
Could anyone advice what steps can be taken to push the executor along? The solicitor acting for the executor keeps saying " speak to executor" anytime a phone-call is made to ask about the progress of executing the will.
Are there any steps that can be done without hiring a solicitor to get such steps done?
