I check before posting if I get a code first that nobody else posted it.
I've always believed, rightly or wrongly, that the posting of parkrun codes here is more about posters getting 'likes' than anything else. Ironically Minimark is now leading today in this regard, despite being very late off the blocks! :)
That said, one would think it's common sense to do as Nollag just suggested before posting...
