June 28th and 29th at Aviva
I agree
Resale is confirmed to open from 1st August so I hope it's limited to people who bothered to register to start with.
Hopefully they unwaitlist people soon and convert some more VIP to regular in between but no point getting hopes in the least transparent sale ever.
Can I ask where you seen this

Thanks for that update, hoping to get off waitlist and buy 2 tickets.
I got tickets (to bring nieces) but ticketmaster app still says they aren't available and I haven't been charged.
Is this a little odd or the same for everyone?
Did you get a confirmation email?
When/If Ticketmaster converts the VIP tickets to regular, it'll mainly be the front standing left/right? Seems like all the other packages are sold out?
Impossible to say at this stage unfortunately. There will be VIP tickets likely available up until a week or two to the gig as they will hawk them as a long as they can. Promoters will know that in the unlikely event that they don't sell, even releasing the remaining VIPs in the week or two before the gig will still lead to them selling out.
When it comes to the tickets themselves, does anyone know when they become viewable within your account? The event is there, but if you click to view tickets , it just says they're not ready yet, try again later.
Now I know these gigs are a long way off 😄, but I'd be happier if I could actually see them.
If nobody's are viewable, does that mean that all those people claiming to have tickets for sale, are lying?
For Harry styles/Bruce Springsteen the tickets appeared about a week or two from the concert.
people can say they have a ticket confirmation but they won’t be in a position to transfer it to if at all till two or so weeks out from the show judging by how it worked for Harry styles etc.
so people claiming are more likely scammers and if not they can’t send you the ticket for 11 months approx
Thanks for that. I'll stop looking every couple of days then! They should change that message to say what you've said, instead of......not quite ready, try again later. Which definitely makes it sound like they'll be there ...later.
Would it be fair to say its now extremely unlikely that Taylor Swift is doing additional show(s) here? Would've thought if there were any more to be added they would have been announced by now.
It was mentioned earlier that staff at the aviva was notified about 3 gigs. There were only 2 dates announced back then.
They havent added any to the European tour so unlikely at this stage.
The schedule is pretty hectic as it is.
Close to zero
I think the third show being the additional show was the extent of extra shows that Ireland was getting unfortunately.
No but they show under My Events on the App. It includes the seat numbers but still says tickets aren't ready yet.
Not charged yet so probably should have TM a ring. The whole turkey purchasing was strange so just wanted to see if anyone had the same experience.
So, to be clear.
There are no tickets for anyone in Gen Sale ?
If you havent a ticket now , you wont get one.
is it possible to buy tickets off someone that has one and wants to sell?
They will allow ticket transfer in time, at the moment it’s not allowed so there are no resales. It all depends on demand by next June on resale prices. It might be ok. You buy the tickets as mobile tickets from ticketmaster and many cannot even see the tickets they bought as yet.
Ticketmaster app allows you to transfer tickets to someone else usually.
The only tickets available are the package ones which have also been called VIP tickets
Best give them a ring, I've had this before where I got the confirmation email and tickets were in my events and when I got to the door they didn't work, luckily it wasn't sold out so I bought 2 more but for some reason the first pair Ticketmaster never took any money
There is no number to ring. Email the helpline
Hi folks,
Are tickets transferable on Ticketmaster?
Thanks,
Mick
Not at the moment
The waitlist thing was ridiculous. What was their criteria for choosing people and deciding who got the code? I go to concerts all the time buying tickets on Ticketmaster, same with my parents, and none of us got the code. All left on the waitlist. It's discriminatory that we can't even search at this stage, especially as we're people who genuinely buy tickets and go to them ourselves.
Tickets went on sale 2 weeks ago nearly and I just had to sit there unable to access the queue (which based on Coldplay was an absolute mess anyway) but I couldn't even attempt to buy tickets because of their waitlist
From all accounts the initial waitlist selection was entirely random.
My other half received a code and whilst she's the fan, she barely buys tickets to shows (as I'm the one who books them). I go to about 30-40 gigs a year, have an account stretching back into the mid 00s, and ironically had previously purchased Taylor Swift tickets a few years ago as a gift and didn't get a code.
It’s the same story for myself and my father both go to gigs regularly, both registered and waitlisted. I don’t see why the waitlist is even still a thing anymore, the tickets are sold already. But on the off chance some more tickets are released we can’t even search.
Yeah I'd go to like 15-20 in a good year, and didn't get any code, and I even registered with a second account I have that I was forced to set up to try get Trinity Ball tickets using a Trinity registered email but nothing. My mum likewise buys all the tickets going back 20 years on Ticketmaster ( with my dad being the big Taylor Swift fan 😅) but she also got no where
