The nerves are starting to build now…. Can’t believe how quite the build up has been. So strange having the final in July.
It’s been said here already but we need all our forwards to contribute on the scoreboard, especially if Cody gets held like last year.
We scored 2-26 last year and lost , if we got that score this year we’d win the game.
Agree with the score..i do think cody is better this year..and limerick have no sean finn..
Quick question lads, my ticket is a PDF. Do I have to print it off or should I be able to scan it off the phone?
They'll be OK scanning the QR code off the phone but no harm having a print in the back pocket just in case.
That was my thought, but I’ve no printer in the house and I really don’t fancy going into the office on a Saturday 😂
I never print mine. Phone is all you need. Make sure you've at least enough charge to get through the turnstiles that's all.
We need to do a 2019 on it. Everyone from starting 15 to subs must up their game by 10% till the fat lady sings. I know it's basic but when two teams are closely matched I think it's a fundamental principle. Remember too a lot of pressure on Limerick.
There is a big demand this year, supposedly a big neutral county interest in this one and a lot of tickets in football counties are not been returned.
But if you go to the usual haunts around 12-1pm tomorrow tickets will be around, whether you get two together is a lottery.
Limerick 2/5 and KK 11/4. The money is heavily on Limerick. However as Homer Simpson said when Crusty the clown promised to spit in every tenth burger to try and curtail ruin when promising to give away free burgers. ‘I like those odds’ . I’ve had a few bob on Kilkenny.
It gives me absolutely no pleasure but David is one hundred per cent out and padriag walsh is replacing him. I don't claim to be a no all but i think I'm not that much of a spoofer and I have a fair idea whats going on.
In town earlier great buzz about the place.
I think you can have 4 players on standby. You have up to 1 hr before throw in to replace someone on the 26 with 1 of these 4. A doctor would have to give reasons why 1 of the 26 is out. Hannon might still be involved
Yea heard something like that but don't think Kiely operates with dummy teams or squads like that.
Blanchfield out and hannon in would be a huge swing..hard to see Hannon in though..kiely doesn't generally do dummy teams though..I don't think we will know for sure though until 3.20 tomorrow
Not many tickets floating around so far, if anyone knows of any going let me know please.
Hill tickets on ticketmaster few mins ago
I wouldn’t worry about people that post here once a year calling people bulshitters and spoofers.
I dont doubt you at all and i know from reading you dont spoof. But i dont get the reason naming Blanchfield when he is deffo out. I dont think it will make a difference to the way Limk will plan for the game. I would be very worried about the half back line with Deegan Reid and Walsh in it. Real lack of pace and if Limk start running at them could be big big trouble.
Hannon won't be involved ,if he was fit he'd be starting.Limerick will need everyone 100% tomorrow and he clearly is not and hasn't been right all year
Any word on how the development squads got on today? Not even a squad list posted on the website
I'm going to be in Dublin silly early tomorrow...
Any recommendations of where I could get a nice sit down breakfast and soak in some of the atmosphere?
Apart from the Academy. Somewhere with a mix of supporters be good...
My advice would be the Address formerly the North Star Hotel opposite Connolly Station. Right in the heart of the north inner city but a bit of a hidden gem. Spotless clean back open to the public a few months after two years full up with refugees. I know for a fact the manager much happier being open to the public. You should be able to get a breakfast there after 07.00. Bit pricey €15. Plenty fans will be staying there and your a short hop up to the stadium.
Hannon won't play hurling until the spring of 2024 I'm reliably being told
I wish him a speedy and full recovery, a great player and a joy to watch .
If limerick win tomorrow (hopefully not) will Declan be allowed accept the cup and give the speech or will it be cian? I know Declan and cian lifted it last year but Cian wasn't the captain.
You are no spoofer Brookville you're spot on 99.99% of the time. The fact that you refer to Blanchfield as David says a lot actually. Unfortunately Boards has it's fair share of keyboard warriors who will either flood this thread tomorrow evening or else won't be heard of until next year 🙄
Upper hogan ticket available in kk
I think naming him allows them to give him every chance of he is not named in the panel can't be added later.
But yes if he is 100% out doesn't make much sense.
They have Corcoran, Buckley and Walsh who could all cover if he doesn't make it.
Sent you a PM there
