You still think your position is random ?
I mean....my position was different than last time, so why wouldn't it be. I mean you've shared nothing on why it wouldn't be random
Sold out!!! FFS!!!
Only packages left.
46,364 ahead of me
Is or random or how do you get a low place in the queue? Join the waiting room at 12.30 on the dot?
Standing sold out.
01:17 PM
Please note that General Admission Standing are now sold out and ticket availability is extremely limited for Front Left Standing and Front Right Standing tickets.
I joined both waiting rooms at different times and still ended up with almost the same queue position in each sale.
How could that even be possible if there's only 5500 people ahead of her??
Any seated tickets left? I’m 44,384 in the queue. 🤣
She was 5500 for the Friday. 4500 for this one!
If you’re over 4K I wouldn’t even bother unless you are going to buy VIP
Yes but you'll have to pay €370+ for them.
Yep. Have you any evidence to show it isn't or link to show otherwise?
Lots of my other half's friends got queue numbers either side of us with no correlation to when they joined the queue.
371.28 for the cheapest VIP package. That's per ticket and before the 20 quid Ticketmaster service charge.
€600 for one ticket. Not happening
Who actually is going to pay for these VIP tickets. It won't be sold out. No one can afford that
I might aswell shut down the webpage so & hope people resell closer to the time.
Or will I torture myself with round 3?
Read back and a few people bought them here. Even if they only sell half the VIP tickets, that's generating a lot more money than selling them at normal prices.
Some crazy American fans will buy them for sure.
I bought two 😶
Wife is a massive fan but it's obscene money alright.
Browsing the Ticketmaster site while I wait and trying to convince my daughter to go to Rick Astley instead. Can buy a ticket right now even.
We've all been Rick Rolled anyways. :P
Crazy money alright, but you're mad if you dont think the majority will be sold.
Lots of wealthy people in this country.
And for those giving out about Ticketmaster, what do you propose? You weren't the only person waiting to join the waiting room at 12:30 on the button.
What else would you be doing while waiting to only find VIP tickets available 😂
The VIP wont be sold and they will be sold at a later date for regular prices so keep your codes for then.
The ticketmaster issue is a tough question. Probably more a TS issue but having the Irish gigs the last to go on sale didn't help Irish fans to be fair.
Maybe TS should have restricted interest allocation to one city?
At least it looks like you're working! I'm really risking it at work just having the queue on the screen. :P
I was had one ahead of me and the got kicked out. I could cry
I propose a more transparent process. They should be upfront about exactly how many tickets are available in each section at the start, with a counter updating along with your queue position. That would at least save people the hassle of sitting in a queue for ages with nothing available at the end. If someone wants VIP tickets, then they're free to stay in the queue while everyone else gets on with their day.
Edit to add - I have ~10k ahead of me in this queue, but I have to sit here anyway on the off chance of getting something even though I know it was sold out at twenty past one. :-/
Has that happened in other cities and venues?
Honestly, if I didn't do as much travelling/concerts/theatre as I do, I'd probably have pulled the trigger on the cheapest VIP. There'll be lads who spend as much on gadgets/tech who'll buy 2 to keep the wife happy, you'd be surprised how much disposable income is floating around.
Rte will buy a rake as well.
