The barrister for Wilson’s addressed that in one of the hearings. Too many to remember what was what? 🤣 He said that the school were continuing to pay him until his appeal is heard but they are not obliged to. The sensible thing to do would be put his salary towards his fines or put it in a holding account. I wouldn’t give him a cent! 😂
It wouldn't be legal to do that I believe. Didn't we send one of the crooked bankers who fled the country after the banking collapse a tax rebate because apparently by law we couldn't deprive him of it.

Well they’re not obliged to pay him. I think they were doing it as a courtesy. He’s caused them so much trouble, he doesn’t deserve that courtesy as far as I’m concerned 😂
I think they were paying him so he couldn't claim any sort of unfairness in that regard or launch yet another legal challenge. I laughed when I read Martina's response of "he hasn't lost in the eyes of almighty God." When the judge said Enoch lost his case. It's very tragic that she ruined the careers of her children for the "cause".
If they are paying him as a courtesy, then they need to stop. He should not be continuing to benefit while he delays the process, while WHS costs (which I agree he will never pay) continue to accrue.
The hearing where he was granted the injunction against the DAP was ex-parte. It was due back in court this week, but I don't know what day. If this is allowed to drag on past the end of the court session (31 July), he will be back outside the school gates in September.

Absolutely! I don’t think they thought it would drag on like this though and are wondering when to pull the plug without looking “unfair”? This is now his job. He will drag them through every court he can for as long as he can. They need to stop paying him although I don’t think it’s going to matter much because he lives with mammy and daddy and gets driven everywhere he wants. Life won’t change for Enoch without money.
They see themselves as moral crusaders for society but they chose to live outside society and only recognise the parts of it that suit them is what is so puzzling.
A bit like the dog chasing the car, if he caught it he wouldn’t know what to do with it. If they won their cases and everyone told them that they were correct, what would they do next?

They are the Christian Taliban and would happily fight to roll back every single social justice and equality law that has been passed in this country in the last 50 years.
They won't be happy until absolutely fealty and observance to their specific interpretation of the Bible is the law of the land.

The school don't pay his wages but the dept of Education do, So it's not on their profit or loss sheet.

You sure about that? it's a fee-paying school so some of the teachers will be DoE funded but not all.
But having, in their view, fully legitimately dismissed him they're mad to keep paying him just because he won't accept that decision.

It is a fee paying school but I think it was justice O’Moore that let him out of Mountjoy because he didn’t want us funding his wages and his stay in Mountjoy. I’m not really sure how their wages work but I assume the judge knows what’s what? 😂
According to a friend who has family links to BoM of the school, he's stopped showing up since the school holidays began but they fully expect he'll reappear come September
Yeah, he always stayed away on days the school was closed for holidays, mid-terms, bank holidays etc.
I expect he'll be back in September as well, come hell or high water!
He comes to school to "go to work" as in his weird little brain none of this is real and he still has a job so he only turns up when the school is open and is just expecting that magically one day everyone will forget that he was fired for being a dick and just allow him to trot back to his class room and dust off those lesson plans in his little briefcase.
I wonder how he's handling his holiday entitlements? I presume he's sending in his application for any day he can't be there, due to being in court. Or perhaps he used it all up during his stint inside 😎
As I have said all along I expect he will still be at the gates in 20 years.

Yep, I smell another court case by the Burke’s on GDPR. Who knows? It might even be a landmark ruling. They have the form for it!
It "might" be , but they'll f*ck it up by not being able to shut up in the court-room so the case will end up being thrown out due to their horrible behaviour.
